General Hospital spoilers for February 23-27, 2026, tease Michael taking charge and taking on Chase, while Willow gives Alexis the shock of her life.
What to expect on General Hospital
Michael (Rory Gibson) now knows that Chase (Josh Swickard) is dumber than anyone thought, which won't bode well for Chase next week when Michael lays some punches on his former BFF. Wait until Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) finds out why. Chase is faced with a dilemma and is going to have to make a huge decision soon.
Neither man knows the decision Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is faced with. It looks like she is going to take Sidwell (Carlo Rota) up on his offer, which means Laura (Genie Francis) is going to be stuck doing something she does not want to do. When Laura calls a press conference next week, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in for quite a shock. Who wants to bet that Sidwell forces Laura to back Willow for Congress? He has her under his control and thinks he can control Willow, too. (He has NO clue at all who he is dealing with when it comes to Willow.)
Things are about to heat up in the Wyndemere-WSB mystery as Jason (Steve Burton) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) plot their next move and Jason meets Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) for the very first time. Joss (Eden McCoy) is also in on the act as she wonders what is really going on with Anna (Finola Hughes), which leads her to have a talk with Gio (Giovanni Mazza) about Emma (Braedyn Bruner).
