General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 16-20, 2026, tease new beginnings for some couples, adventures for others, and many unanswered questions.
What to expect on General Hospital
Now that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) has given her permission for them today, Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Nathan (Ryan Paevey) do just that. They go on their first official date, which is interrupted, of course. Will the date feel awkward since Maxie is still not thrilled about the idea? Will Lulu finally realize that there is something very off about Nathan or will she continue to wear her rose-colored glasses? By the end of the week, Nathan has a warning for Dante. Does it have anything to do with Lulu?
Jason (Steve Burton) tells Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he is going to be gone for a bit, but his absence will help them bring Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) down once and for all. Jack (Chris McKenna) is also onto Cullum and interrogates the man, but does he get anywhere? Carly also has a warning — for Sonny.
Sadly, Jason also says his final goodbye this week and it looks like it is to his son. How will he explain to Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) that he might make him an orphan?
Portia (Brook Kerr) can barely believe that Jordan is pregnant, but will she do to Jordan (Tanisha Harper) what Jordan did to her and tell Curtis (Donnell Turner) before Jordan has a chance to share her news? When Portia makes a big decision, surely it has to do with Jordan's condition.
