General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 2 to 6, 2026, tease a big week in Port Charles as things get dicey on Spoon Island and the mainland.
What to expect on General Hospital
Carly (Laura Wright) takes charge next week when she does what she has to do for Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). She knows she is putting Lucas (Van Hansis) in even more danger, but she knows this may be the only way to save Josslyn (Eden McCoy) from being a super spy. Carly has come this far, so she is not about to stop now.
Jason (Steve Burton) has a big week when he is there to comfort Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), but also gives some surprising news to Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Does he need them to help him with Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) because that's an unusual combination of people to give news to? By the end of the week, Josslyn tries to find Jason, and something tells us that Carly will somehow be involved with whatever is going on.
Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) grow closer next week, but someone witnesses a private encounter between the pair. Might that someone be Maxie (Kirsten Storms), who still has no idea that her not-dead husband and best friend have fallen for one another. On Friday, Maxie makes her feelings clear, but to whom? Nathan, Maxie, Spinelli, or...Sidwell (Carlo Rota)? We know he will be around next week, pulling strings wherever he can.
