General Hospital spoilers for the week of March 30 to April 3, 2026, tease a big week in Port Charles as the aftermath of the Pier 55 chaos takes hold.
What to expect on General Hospital
Carly (Laura Wright) demands answers from Jack (Chris McKenna) about Jason (Steve Burton), but she can't seem to get the truth out of him. Does Jack even know the truth? Is he aware of where Jason has been taken? Jack has other frustrations aside from Carly, as he loses his patience with Nina (Cynthia Watros) and warns her that she needs to get some information soon. Little does he know that his girlfriend has been harboring Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) this whole time. As for Nina, when she tries to make amends, does it have anything to do with betraying Charlotte (Bluesy Burke)?
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is forced to cover her tracks when Cullum (Andrew Hakes) opens his eyes. That should serve as a warning to her that she is in over her head. Cullum's partner, Sidwell (Carlo Rota), issues new orders. He is determined to get revenge for Marco's (Adrian Anchondo) death, if he would only look in the right direction. By the end of the week, Sidwell is on the warpath.
When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) vents to Michael (Rory Gibson), does that mean the social worker decided she couldn't become Phoebe's foster mom because of what Wiley said?
