Valentin's Freedom Could Spell Doom for General Hospital's Curtis

Jordan's ridiculous car crash story on General Hospital has ensnared a host of disparate characters who typically have nothing to do with Jordan and Curtis, including Willow, Chase, Tracy, and Brook Lynn. However, let's not forget about one aspect of that crash that Curtis probably does not want known.

Car Crash Calamity

Although Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is sure that she was the one who Jordan nearly killed when she just had to lean over and kiss Curtis (Donnell Turner), let's not forget that Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) were also on the road. While they claim they had nothing to do with Jordan's accident, they still had their own small crash that night that took Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin onto the road.

And who can forget that surreal moment when Valentin just appeared in the fog and jumped in to help Curtis get Jordan out of that car before it exploded. Curtis got Jordan to safety, Valentin asked Curtis not to say he saw him, and then Valentin took off into the night and Curtis kept his promise...to Curtis' advantage.

Curtis is No Hero

Ever since that night, Curtis has let everyone believe that he was the one who got Jordan out of that car, including Jordan. He has then stomped around town claiming the driver whom Jordan swerved to miss is responsible for everything because they didn't stop to help Jordan out of the car.

Curtis hasn't even told Jordan that he kept trying to get her out of the driver's side, despite the passenger side being easy to open, delaying getting her to safety. While moving Jordan across the seat would have been risky, if Valentin hadn't come along, that was Jordan's best shot at not being killed.

Despite Curtis spending close to an hour trying to open the driver's side, Valentin came along and had it open before anyone could blink. Jordan has Valentin to thank for being alive, not Curtis.

Neither Curtis nor Valentin could say anything about this before because Valentin was a fugitive, but he's a free man now and the truth could come out. If it does, that destroys Curtis' entire narrative of not having anyone around to help them for nearly an hour.

It should also cause Jordan to give Curtis the side eye. All this time, she thought he was her forever hero, rescuing her from certain death. It turns out it was an international fugitive who saved the day. We bet Curtis doesn't want anyone to know that, but one day, everyone likely will.

Should Curtis apologize to everyone he has accused? Will Jordan finally see Curtis for who he really is? Sound off in the comments.
