Let's face it. General Hospital's Josslyn is in the find out stage and what she is finding out is that she needs to pick a new career. But while she is finding this out, she might find something else in her Wyndemere prison and that something else could lead her to finding the orignal super spy and still the best. What if Josslyn finds Anna's wall etchings that explain all?
Josslyn Jacks, you're no Anna Devane

Anna (Finola Hughes) looked like she was going to have a coronary last summer when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) discovered that his former stepsister was now a WSB agent and brought this tantalizing bit of info back to his boss. How could Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) be so stupid as to recruit this ditzy busybody into an international spy agency? The same ditzy busybody who tells a main murder suspect just what the police have on him?
Josslyn didn't learn the art of subtlety very well during her WSB training, which was how she ended up in Anna's old room at Wyndemere. Anna, being the expert crime fighter she is, knew that Josslyn being in the WSB was one of the dumbest ideas imaginable. And so did many fans. But a year later, here we are. And here Josslyn is, learning the hard way that being a super spy isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Thanks to her penchant for asking way too many questions about the same topic over and over again because she stumbled across a book in the library (real bad cover story, Joss), the girl managed to get herself choked out by Faison's (Anders Hove) other son and locked in the room where Anna left behind a calling card oh-so-many months ago.
But we didn't forget what Anna did before Pascal (Marc Forget) moved her to France and left her on the side of the road somewhere, mumbling about Faison. She left a calling card on the wall that Joss is bound to find.
General Hospital's Joss solves the Anna Devane mystery

During the months Anna spent in the bowels of Wyndemere, she did a lot of Yoga, some note-taking, and a bit of light reading. She also etched words into the wall. "Anna Devane was here" she wrote, hoping that one day someone would find it. She had no idea that she was in Wyndemere, just one little boat ride away from her Port Charles apartment. Josslyn also has no clue, but Anna's etching might finally tell her that this all leads back to the WSB agent she can never hope to be.
With Cassius (Ryan Paevey) likely telling Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) what he did and Carly's (Laura Wright) one-track mind to save her daughter, someone is bound to find Josslyn a lot sooner than Anna was found. We can't see Cassius being as clever as Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), arranging Anna's loved ones to believe she was on special assignment. Carly is going to know that her daughter is missing sooner rather than later. She and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) also know that all roads lead to Wyndemere.
By the time Josslyn is found, Pascal might stick Lucas down there too, which means Carly and Valentin will have to perform a double rescue. But Josslyn can then lead them to what really happened to Anna and where she really was all those months before turning up in a French mental institution.
Josslyn's eventual reckoning

When all is said and done, Joss would have helped solve the case that started this all last year. Then, she will have a choice to make. Does she really want to put herself (and her mother) through this again? Is being a super spy really the life she wants?
She should have asked Anna for career advice before telling Jack she would do it. With Anna rescued, she can finally have that chat. And if she really likes this whole crime-fighting thing so much, Anna can just offer her a job with the PCPD after graduation. Carly might not like it, but it's gotta beat being in the WSB.
