General Hospital's Jack Brennan is dead and buried, although we are not quite sure how long the buried part will last once Outback goes to work. So far, most of Port Charles doesn't even know he is gone and the audience doesn't know whether Jack was murdered or whether he just fell in the pool on his own.
We suspect he was murdered and we suspect that Willow is the culprit and here's why.
Willow Had Motive

One week before Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) found Jack (Chris McKenna) doing the dead man's float in the Metro Court pool, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) warned Jack that he had better get her some dirt to use as leverage with Michael or else. Or else what, Jack wondered. He didn't really think Willow would do anything to him.
What Jack hadn't known at the time was that Willow had recorded their entire conversation and now had blackmail material she could use against Jack if she should ever need it.
Do we think Willow planned to kill Jack? No, but we think if she was backed into a corner, she would do it. After all, Jack knew she shot Drew (Cameron Mathison) and knew she had kept him "locked" in a paralytic state for six months using a special drug from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Jack could easily have blown up Willow's ever-shaky life and we know she's not against murder to protect her secrets and keep her children.
Willow Had Opportunity

Willow was at the Metro Court. And nobody even blinked an eye. Willow has not been seen in any of Port Charles' fine dining establishments all year, but suddenly she changed from her short shorts and tank to a silk dress and sat down with Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) for drinks.
How does that not seem strange? Britt and Willow hadn't even shared scenes since Britt's return from the dead last year, but now suddenly they had become drinking buddy cousins lamenting their love life. Sure, Jan.
We think Willow arrived at the Metro Court to have it out with Jack, found him in his drug-induced state on the elevator, they got off on the pool floor for some reason, an argument ensued, and Willow pushed Jack into the pool. Did she mean to kill him? No. Does she care that she killed him? Also no.
When Nina (Cynthia Watros) is inevitably arrested for this crime now that Drew placed Jack's wallet in Nina's car, will Willow come forward and exonerate her mother? Also no. After all, Jack warned Nina that when push came to (lake or pool) shove, Willow only looks out for number one.
Plus, Jack was killed exactly one year after Willow plugged Drew twice in the back. It would be poetic if this time she became the murderer she was born to be...
Do you think Willow did it? Did you also find it odd when Willow showed up at the Metro Court? Let us know in the comments.
