On February 16, Candace Owens reshared a post that made a critical remark on Erika Kirk’s video from Charlie’s funeral, where she was crying over his casket. Candace Owens also slammed Erika Kirk for the recording of her video while she cried.Candace shared Zach Costello’s post in which he blasted Erika for getting herself recorded on camera and then posting it on social media. For those unaware, Erika Kirk shared her crying video via her IG account on September 13 last year. Charlie was shot dead at UVU on September 10.In the reshared post, Zach wrote:“Alright, if I die, and my wife has her friend record her doing this over my casket for a social media moment, I hereby grant you permission to criticize her for it. Everyone was rooting for Erika Kirk and TPUSA after Charlie died. They are the ones who turned everyone off...”Candace Owens dismissed Zach’s claims that Erika’s video was recorded by her friend. Candace claimed that Erika Kirk’s video was taken by TPUSA’s head of fundraising. She even slammed Erika, highlighting how she did not bring a single family member or friend to Utah.“The worst part is that it wasn’t her friend recording it. It was the head of fundraising at Turning Point USA. Erika did not bring a single personal friend or family member to Utah with her.”She continued saying:“There is no amount of propaganda that will ever make that normal. Mind you, the Vice President offered to fly people in aboard Air Force 2. Charlie’s entire family flew in. Candace said:“Not to be awkward but regarding your instruction that we should watch Charlie’s old content to see how he felt… One of the early actions his wife took as the new CEO was to have ALL of the Charlie Kirk Show episodes removed from Spotify, Apple, and YouTube. This was done less than 6 weeks after this assassination.”In another recent podcast, Owens questioned Erika’s alibi and her whereabouts on the day of Charlie’s murder.
