Did Jaxson Dart slide into Alix Earle's DMs after her split from Braxton Berrios? Social media influencer reacts to viral screenshot

Alix Earle is shutting down the rumors before they even take off.

On Sunday, Dec. 7, the influencer took to TikTok to deny claims that New York Giants rookie Jaxon Dart slid into her DMs just shortly after her split from Braxton Berrios. She wrote:

"What is this fake photoshopped DM u guys are posting. 1. That never happened. 2. That wouldn’t be on my story."

The screenshot in question features a private message, which circulated on social media and was shared by Alix Earle's supposed close friend Sarah on X/Twitter. The alleged message to the influencer from the rookie said:

"hey u single now?"

A text written over the screenshot was allegedly from Earle herself, which said:

"It hasn't even been 12 hours."

Sarah, on the other hand, captioned her X post with:

"Apparently Jaxson Dart slid into Alix Earle’s dms not even 12 hours after her and Braxton Berrios broke up"

Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios break up after two years

Multiple reports stated on Dec. 6 that Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios have called it quits, with insiders citing that their long-distance relationship prompted the former couple to mutually go their separate ways.

"Majority of their relationship was long-distance and it was hard for them to navigate. They mutually agreed on the split."

The pair first met in February 2023 and made their first public appearance together that July during the ESPY Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

However, it was in November that year when they finally made their relationship official.

Alix Earle and Braxton Berrios, throughout their two-year romance, have shown support for each other, such as when the beauty influencer participated in season 34 of Dancing With the Stars this year.

Earle, on the other hand, set up a surprise party for the NFL star last October for his 30th birthday by inviting his loved ones to fly to Los Angeles.

On TikTok, she commemorated the special day with footage of Berrios looking utterly stunned by the impromptu celebration.

Earle noted in her videos:

"Braxton thought we weren't going to celebrate his bday until the off season. I wanted to plan something special for him .. All of his best friends flew out to LA just to surprise him and be here for this night."

She went on to praise his friends for their loyalty to her beau as they were instantly aboard the plan.

"Such loyal & loving friends & it truly speaks to how amazing of a person Braxton is."

In his own way, Berrios expressed his gratitude to his then-girlfriend following the unexpected occasion. He took to Instagram and shared:

"Special thank you to Alix for setting it all up and somehow keeping it a surprise this whole time. You made my year."
