US Vice President JD Vance has become a polarizing figure due to his stance on several controversial issues.

As a political figure, he is subject to scrutiny, and his close ties with President Donald Trump have invited a great deal of satire as well.

In the most recent news involving the Vice President, JD Vance was included in Jimmy Fallon’s January 22 monologue on the Tonight Show, where the late-night host joked that having a baby will not be anything new for Vance who already has to deal with Donald Trump’s behavior. Fallon then proceeded to list all the ways that the President’s actions often mirror a baby's actions: they both come out screaming, they both sleep during the day, and more.

As Fallon continues mentioning different actions of a baby, the video cuts to snippets of the President.

JD Vance’s wife shares personal update, more

For those unversed, JD Vance’s wife recently announced that the couple is expecting their fourth child. Second Lady Usha Vance shared the following joint statement on X to make the official announcement.

“We’re very excited to share the news that Usha is pregnant with our fourth child, a boy. Usha and the baby are doing well, and we are all looking forward to welcoming him in late July.”

The statement continues,

"During this exciting and hectic time, we are particularly grateful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who do so much to ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children.”

Vance and his wife, Usha, already share three children, Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel.

In other news, JD Vance has been one of the strongest advocates for ICE agent Jonathan Ross’ role in the death of Renee Good in Minneapolis. While he does not condone murder, Vance has spoken to Good’s actions in the moment and how they contributed to her untimely shooting. He has only calcified his approach as it relates to this topic, making his views clear on X. He took to the platform on January 15 and shared the following,

“While much of left has lied about this case, it turns out ramming a law enforcement officer with a car causes injuries. Who knew!”
