TikToker Marquay the Goat died on November 26, 2025, at the age of 24. Almost five months after his passing, the cause of his death has come to light. According to an exclusive report by TMZ, published on April 3, the TikToker had an enlarged heart, and the cause of his death was ruled natural. When Marquay Collins died, his mother, Sonja Collins, shared a post on Facebook, writing:“My heart is broken My baby, my last one, my SnuggaBug, my Marquay is no longer here with me. He was the sweetest person he didn’t have a mean bone in his body, I needed him longer than God allowed me to have him He spoiled me and his Dad, Elzie, he always said because we spoiled him Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers, enjoy the rest of your day.”In November 2025, TMZ published another report in which it was claimed that his death could be linked to a car accident, as per the county coroner. On November 7, 2025, he was in a car accident after which he was taken to the hospital. He was discharged on the same day. However, he had headaches and felt pain in different parts of his body. The coroner also told People Magazine:“After returning home, he was complaining of headaches, neck, shoulder and spine pain.”Collins’ last Instagram post was on November 26, 2025, a fun video of him using lotion on his feet. He said he struggled to hold himself together after what happened to the car. He said:“A Tesla literally just ran into the back of my car and my head is literally killing me right now. I can’t do this. It’s insane. Look at this, like I don’t even know what’s gonna happen at this point. It’s insane. I can’t believe this.”Collins said he was in the middle of Atlanta and was stuck there when the accident happened. He was just abiding by the speed limit when the Tesla hit his car from behind. The TikToker then showed Tesla's condition, with its front damaged. He reiterated:“Our head is literally banging right now. It’s throbbing so hard that literally could have been so much worse. God is good, honestly.”In another video posted on November 14, Marquay responded to a comment suggesting that he should get the Audi RS 6. He then met a guy who gave him the car keys. Showing the inside of the car, he said:“Oh my freaking goodness.”He liked how the seatbelt locks had lights on them because he said it made them easier to find at night. Marquay also showed the car’s trunk, saying he was amazed by the space.
