At just 20, iShowSpeed — or Speed — is redefining what it means to be a modern entertainer. On the JRE episode #2423, Joe Rogan and John Cena praised the streamer's relentless energy, athleticism, and willingness to throw himself into high-stakes moments, from viral stunts and WWE bumps, proving online fame and adrenaline can go hand in hand.

During the discussion, comedian Tony Hitchcliffe brought up iShowSpeed's Royal Rumble appearance in January, following an invitation from Triple H. In that episode, the content creator took Bron Breakker's industry-leading spear, which, afterward, rendered him physically hurt.

From that point on, John Cena and Joe Rogan started conversing about Speed as well as mentioning his past stuns, viral crossovers with artists, and performers. The pro-wrestler said:

"He's game for anything. He has a kinesthetic awareness. He's obviously an athlete. And he's brave."

They rewatched the clip where iShowSpeed was knocked down after the wrestler rebounded off the ropes. The streamer looked genuinely hurt as he plopped down on the canvas floor.

"You can't fake that. But also, the reason that looks so good, a lot of that is because of Braun. But also because a lot of that is because of iShowSpeed. He committed to the fall and really tried to fall with snap and with quickness."

The actor continued:

"He's good, man. He really is good. And like what you said, like I've seen a lot of other stuff he does—he does well. He'll get in there and mess around, you know?"

Joe Rogan nodded in agreement, adding:

"He really sparred with Dan Hooker, and Dan beat the s**t out of him, but he hung in there."

iShowSpeed praised for "putting himself out there"

The podcaster went on, spotlighting iShowSpeed's hard work and hustle.

"He's got like, 50 million Instagram followers, and a bunch of content and a bunch of revenue to match that. And always working, always doing something, puts himself out there."

At one point in the conversation, Rogan continued applauding the streamer.

"He's really young, and when you start young, there's a lot fo expectations on you. No, you can kind of just do whatever you want and if it works, great."

He added:

"It's also a great example for other people that are thinking, like, 'I'm kind of entertaining. I just don't have an avenue. Let me just start making videos.' Isn't that crazy? That's all you have to do is have a phone."

The two further discussed iShowSpeed's past races and Olympic sprint moment, where he "held his own." Rogan shared:

"If he wanted to fully invest himself into sprinting. He's only what? Twenty years old. That's wild. Imagine if the kid fully invested in that and then became an Olympic gold medalist as well."

For this, he enthused:

"'Cause it'll make his dreams even bigger."
