Episode 6 of Agent Kim Reactivated begins with a flashback that reveals a lot about the trio's past: Kim has always been a tough guy who barely smiles and Jin-cheol (loves music) and Han-soo are the most chaotic spy duo ever.

The focus then shifts to Gang-chan taking Min-ji to his private residence. The maids help her change clothes and Min-ji is asked to meet Gang-chan in his room.

During the conversation, Min-ji thanked Gang-chan for saving her, only to realize that he's about to kill her. And just when the construction company's CEO is about to inject poison inside her, he reveals that he knows that Min-ji was pretending to sleep inside his vehicle and that she knows everything.

He tells her to stop the pretense, but Min-ji tries everything to save herself. And as she's about to be poisoned, the SMD team arrives at Gang-chan's house. They start a desperate search, but Gang-chan uses his political ties to get rid of the secret agents.

Mole Cricket is asked to leave Gang-chan's house but thanks Sang-a for successfully rescuing Min-ji. As per the orders, she and Mr. Im had to hand over Min-ji to Mole Cricket as they headed back to the headquarters.

As episode 6 of Agent Kim Reactivated continues, Manager Kim also makes sure to figure out who has taken her daughter. Sang-a texted him earlier, and then he learned that SMD will hold Min-ji hostage until Kim surrenders.

When Kim tries to connect with Min-ji, Mole Cricket reminds him that he must hurry up and surrender. However, Kim warns him that if anything happens to his only child, he will kill them all.

After Min-ji is taken to the headquarters in episode 6 of Agent Kim Reactivated, Mole Cricket questions her about Kim's actions. He wants to learn the reason why Kim is out killing people, and before Min-ji speaks up, he reveals the secret that Kim is actually a spy whose identity must remain hidden.

Mole Cricket tells Min-ji to be honest and that's when she reveals that it's because of Ju Gang-chan's daughter Hye-ri. She bullied Min-ji, and they got into a fight, after which Min-ji was hit with a brick, and a few thugs took her away and threw her inside a cold storage.

She made it clear that Gang-chan wants to kill her for Hye-ri, and this whole revelation leaves Mole Cricket in shock as he couldn't believe that Kim has been eliminating people to find his daughter. While he finds it hard to believe what Min-ji said, the teenager is heartbroken to learn that her father is a spy.

Meanwhile, Han-soo secretly enters the headquarters through air ducts and finds the room where Min-ji is held captive. He helps Min-ji escape the room, and while she's out with him, Min-ji asks if Han-soo knew that Kim is a spy. While Han-soo admits that he knew the truth, he tells Min-ji to hurry as they have limited time to escape.

Han-soo rescued Min-ji and the two made it out of the air ducts only to be captured by Mole Cricket and his team. But before that, Gang-chan sent the deputy chief of national security, Im Do-hyeon, to the headquarters to bring back Min-ji.

Initially, it looked like Mole Cricket would agree, but he yelled at the officer and confronted him with the truth. He reveals that Min-ji knows about Gang-chan's dirty games and that she can eventually expose corruption as well. His words leave the deputy chief terrified, and he chooses to keep his mouth shut.

Meanwhile, fan-favorite Jin-cheol was gearing up for an action-packed day with the SMD. Episode 6 of Agent Kim Reactivated also introduces his wife, who gives him the green light to join Kim's mission to find his daughter. In return, Jin-cheol happily promises to bring home tteokbokki once the mission is a success.

Back at headquarters, Han-soo and Min-ji were just about to make their escape when Mole Cricket cornered them. Thinking quickly, Han-soo tells Min-ji to run on the count of three. But before he can even finish counting, Jin-cheol makes a grand entrance, charging into headquarters with an arsenal of heavy weapons and blaring rock music.

Of course, this larger-than-life entrance comes after he has already fueled up with the legendary K-drama toffee, Kopiko, before setting off on the mission. As Jin-cheol starts firing, Mole Crcket realizes that he was just using the blanks.

But don't worry, Jin-cheol came prepared with real weapons too. He deliberately started with blank rounds since the people on the other side were his juniors. Honestly, that's such a Jin-cheol thing to do. As bullets fly and chaos takes over, the deputy chief of national security scrambles to save himself.

Once the gunfire finally dies down, Han-soo and Jin-cheol raise a white flag, seemingly signaling that they're ready to surrender. Just when it looks like the standoff might be over, Im Do-hyeon orders everyone to put their weapons down, making the already hilarious yet tense situation even more memorable.

Before Agent Kim Reactivated episode 6 comes to a close, the show reveals that it was none other than Manager Kim who pressured Deputy Chief of National Security Im Do-hyeon into taking control of the situation. In the end, Kim pulls every string he can to save not only his daughter but also everyone who stood by her, reminding us of how far a father can go for people he loves.
