Danger Money, Prime Video's upcoming comedy, has revealed its full cast. Written by David Crow and Oliver Maltman, the show will follow Alan Sharp (Ray Winstone), who used to be an SAS operative and is haunted by a mission that went sideways and caused his best friend's death.

As Amazon reveals, Alex Kingston, Iain Glen, Mimi Keene, and Arian Nik have joined the cast of Danger Money.

What Danger Money is about and who stars in it

Danger Money will follow Alan Sharp, aka Razor (played by Ray Winstone), who has left behind the life of intelligence and missions after a mission did not go well and ended in his best friend's death. However, years later in the present, Razor will be forced to return for one more mission when an old friend gives him and offer that is too good to refuse.

However, as Razor will head to Italy for the new mission, he will realize that it has connections to his past mission as well. The new mission will also go sideways, leading Razor to figuring things out with his nephew and Roxy. As he tries to make sense of what's happening and exposes corrupt institutions, he would also have to confront what happened all those years ago that ripped his life apart.

As Amazon revealed, Ray Winstone and a few other cast members of Danger Money who were already announced are being joined by new cast members. The new cast members include Alex Kingston as Roxy, Mimi Keene as Ana, Arian Nik as Jamaal, and Iain Glen as a friend of Alan from the past.

Additionally, Kara Tointon stars as Maggie, Alan's daughter, Oliver Maltman stars as Gavin, Maggie's partner, and Sean Pertwee stars as an old friend of Alan. As Amazon reveals, speaking about her new character, Alex Kingston said:

"Roxy is a character who keeps you guessing,"

Kingston continued:

"She swings from intelligent and professional determination on the surface to emotional complexity beneath. The adventure she finds herself on leads her to a greater, empathetic understanding of the human condition. The scripts balance action, humour and heart brilliantly, and getting to play opposite such an exceptional cast is really exciting."

While the description of the show makes it sound like an action thriller, the show is actually a comedy, and thus it will be interesting to see the cast and crew balnce the humor with with the action. Arian Nik, on the other hand, spoke about his character, saying:

"I'm buzzing to be joining this production. The scripts are hilarious, full of twists, and a lot of heart. Ray and Alex are both legends in their own right and it's an absolute honour to be sharing this journey with them."

Iain Hollands is a co-executive producer, while Mick Pantaleo is the producer.

Danger Money will have six episodes. The show is currently filming in Malta. A release date for the show is yet to be revealed.
