Netflix's Bloodhounds Season 2 has already entered the top-10 chart in just a couple of days after its release. Season 2 brought back Woo-jin and Geon-woo facing a new and more formidable threat.

After winning another boxing championship in Bloodhounds Season 2, Geon-woo is picked by Baek-jeong, who controls the IKFC, for a match through which he will earn more money. However, Geon-woo refuses his offer, because of which Baek-jeong begins threatening the lives of his close ones. Apart from Woo-jin, several other people come forward to help, including Doo-young, who was believed to have died in Season 1.

Due to the guilt of being the reason behind Mr. Choi's death, in Season 2, Doo-young gives everything to help Geon-woo and Woo-jin, resulting in him being severely injured at the end. However, his death is never shown at the end, which might mean we could see him again in a potential Season 3.

More on this in our story.

In Bloodhounds Season 2, after Geon-woo refuses to fight in the IKFC, Baek-jeong tries to force him by kidnapping his mother. However, his first attempt fails, resulting in him going after other people, such as Min-beom, who is drugged and paralysed for some time.

As Kang-yong begins to investigate and tries to capture Baek-jeong, more people's lives are endangered as Baek-jeong uses his money to find out where Geon-woo was hiding. After winning against Geon-woo once, he successfully kidnaps Geon-woo's mother to force him to fight in the IKFC again to earn more.

In the final two Episodes of Bloodhounds Season 2, Min-beom plans to lure Baek-jeong into fighting against Geon-woo to win a huge sum of money. He agrees to do it, and the gang also learns that he will be keeping Geon-woo's mother near him. This brings Doo-young, played by Ryu Soo-young, back into the mix.

In Season 1, Doo-young was one of Mr. Choi's loyal knifers, who was believed to have died. However, he made a comeback near the end of Season 2, and wanted to help in finding So-yeon, as he was still feeling guilty about the death of Mr. Choi and other knifers, which he blamed on himself.

To save So-yeon, he had to kill several bloodhounds, but he was still unable to find her as they used a decoy in place of the real So-yeon. However, even after being severely injured, he passed on the message that Geon-woo's mother might be kept in the next building to Woo-jeong, and helped him save her.

At the end of Bloodhounds Season 2, Doo-young is informed that Geon-woo's mother was safe and that Baek-jeong was arrested. However, while he was severely injured, it was not shown whether that caused his death, hinting that he might still return in a potential Season 3 of the Netflix K-drama to help Geon-woo and Woo-jin fight against another criminal.
