Bloodhounds Season 2 Episode 2 recap: Geon-woo and Woo-jin unintentionally involve more people in their fight against Baek-jeong

Netflix's Bloodhounds Season 2, without wasting any time, packs a lot of action and drama from the premiere Episode itself. From Geon-woo's championship match to Baek-jeong's attempt at kidnapping his mother, everything happened in the first Episode of the action K-drama.

Episode 2 of Bloodhounds Season 2 picks up right after that as Geon-woo and Woo-jin report the kidnapping attempt to the police. Furthermore, they ask Tae-young to help them and find out about Baek-jeong's IKFC. This also results in Tae-young's life being in danger. Furthermore, the duo also learns that Baek-jeong's men have been keeping an eye on them, and tries to relocate again.

Bloodhounds Season 2 Episode 2 recap: Geon-woo and Woo-jin seek Tae-young's help to protect their mother

After the kidnapping attempt in Episode 1 of Bloodhounds Season 2, Geon-woo and Woo-jin report it to the police. They tell Detective Choi Gyeong-won that Baek-jeong visited him first and offered Geon-woo a huge amount of money to participate in IKFC. The kidnapping attempt happened after he refused to participate.

It is also revealed that their security system, installed just a day before, did not record any of the events that happened last night. While investigating, Detective Choi also finds a burnt wallet and So Jin-nam's card.

Meanwhile, Woo-jin and Geon-woo take So-yeon to Tae-young's house to keep her hidden and safe. They also ask her to find out about IKFC. As she checks the internet, she finds nothing about the fight club. She then checks the dark web and learns that IKFC is illegal.

However, to gain more information, they have to use a credit card. But she tells them that that would be risky since this is the dark web, and any personal information shared here would be used by hackers illegally. Therefore, they decide to contact ex-Marine Moon Kwang-moo for a fake credit card that they can then use to access the IKFC website.

Later, in Episode 2 of Bloodhounds Season 2, Woo-jin goes to meet Kwang-moo and informs him about Baek-jeong. While providing him with three fake credit cards, Kwang-moo also tells him that it won't be an easy fight for the duo, and hence, he needs to join them.

He further asks Woo-jin if he was followed when he came to visit him. To check the same, Kwang-moo asks Woo-jin to take a short round trip back to Kwang-moo's office. Through this, they note Sergeant Yoon's vehicle number and inform Geon-woo about relocating again, as Tae-young's home is compromised as well.

Bloodhounds Season 2 Episode 2 recap: Geon-woo asks Min-beom for help

After discovering that Baek-jeong's men had been following them around in Episode 2 of Bloodhounds Season 2, Woo-jin asks Geon-woo to relocate to some other place while he distracts Sergeant Yoon. Geon-woo, in a desperate attempt to keep his mother safe, calls Min-beom. He is assisted by Min-beom's assistant, who asks him to bring his mother and Tae-young to one of Min-beom's hotels, and provides him with a bike so that he can go and help Woo-jin.

Meanwhile, Sergeant Yoon asks Baek-jeong if he can bring Woo-jin instead of Geon-woo's mother, as it would have the same effect on the boxing champion, to which the IKFC leader agrees and sends more men to help him. While Sergeant Yoon follows Woo-jin, Kwang-moo also follows Yoon.

They are taken to a remote location where Yoon injures one of Woo-jin's hands badly. The fight becomes more brutal as more men sent by Lee join in and attack, until Geon-woo arrives and finishes them off.
