A lot happens in Episode 11 of Chicago Med Season 11. 'Our So-Called Lives' begins with Lenox and Ripley trying to avoid each other. Things have been a bit awkward since their hook-up. However, by the end of the episode, they decide not to avoid each other and would continue with what they were upto.

Dr. Charles reunites with his med school friends. His med school ex, Suzie, and her husband, Howie (Charles med school roommate) visits Gaffney for Suzie's check-up. Turns out, Suzzie is critically ill and has knots in her brain. She's left with two options: surgery and a non-surgical way. She chooses the riskier one, and that's a surgery. She says that she does not want to live her last days in sickness. Howie, although initially hesitant, eventually agrees to Suzie's wishes. He even brings the med school friends to make her understand. Unfortunately, Suzzie doesn't make it to the end.

Meanwhile, Dr. Kingston and Dr. Asher clash over a patient, Lyra. Lyra was having some problems with her baby, so she went to Dr.Asher for treatment. Turns out Lyra was a cancer patient a few years back, and Dr. Kingston agreed to have her embryos frozen even though it raised complications. Lyra trusted Dr. Kingston the most, and so during this surgery, she requested Dr. Kingston.

Dr. Kingston was in the observation room. But things heated up between the medics, and she was thrown out mid-surgery. The surgery was a success, and Dr. Kingston apologized. Later, Kingston, Archer, and Asher went to grab drinks together.
