Chicago P.D. Season 13 is delivering increasingly intense cases with each episode. In episode 11 of this season, the team handled a case of carjacking; however, Atwater’s proactiveness became the primary focus of the episode. Atwater also, after much hesitation, contacted Tasha.

Voight wanted to take a different route for the case, but Atwater asked him if he could go undercover for the mission, as he knew that they would be able to catch the criminal red-handed. On the other hand, Atwater’s emotional turbulence about not being able to contact Tasha cast a shadow on his mind constantly. After successfully solving the case, Atwater decides to contact Tasha.
At the end of this episode, Tasha returns to Atwater’s apartment with life-changing news. Tasha tells him that she is pregnant. She also tells him that she did not want to tell him the news unless she was sure about whether she would keep the baby. As Atwater reached out to her, she understood that it was right to open up to him about the baby.
On hearing the news, Atwater is completely shocked. However, soon he smiles, indicating that he is also happy about Tasha’s pregnancy. It can be understood that the upcoming episodes of Chicago P.D. Season 13 will bring forth many changes in Atwater’s life.
The combination of the character development of the characters in Chicago P.D. Season 13, along with the aspect of the complex cases that come their way, makes this series worth investing your time in.
