According to TV Insider, while confirming the release window of The Terminal List Season 2 to be late 2026, Chris Pratt also revealed on the Happy Sad Confused podcast that out of eight episodes in Season 2, six were already completed. He shared:

"We’re done with season two. Yeah, we’re in post right now. We’ve locked six of eight episodes."

Along with Pratt, new and popular faces are set to join the actor in Season 2. The Last of Us’ Gabriel Luna and Luke Hemsworth are confirmed to appear in the Prime Video series as Freddy Strain and Jules Landry, respectively.

However, other actors from Season 1, such as Constance Wu, Taylor Kitsch, and Riley Keough, have not been confirmed to appear in Season 2 yet.

In The Terminal List Season 1, Pratt's character Reece successfully uncovered the conspiracy and the drug that killed his team and eliminated all the people responsible for their deaths. However, it was shocking for him to learn at the end that his old friend Ben Edwards, played by Taylor Kitsch, was also involved in the conspiracy.

It is revealed that Edwards was the CIA intelligence source who orchestrated the ambush that killed Reece's team, for which he was paid $20 million. While he revealed that he wanted to make sure Reece's team died on the field rather than on hospital beds. He also told his former friend that he was not responsible for Reece's family's death.

After killing Edwards, the MCU actor's character is seen fleeing the United States after being labeled a terrorist. He uses Edwards' boat to travel to Mozambique, a North African country. It is also the country where Jack Carr's next novel in the series, True Believer, is set.

The Terminal List also has a prequel series titled The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. It stars Taylor Kitsch, Tom Hopper, and Chris Pratt, along with Luke Hemsworth, Rona-Lee Shimon, Dar Salim, and Robert Wisdom, among others.

It is available to stream on Prime Video.
