Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 resolved the dangling plot threads from the previous week but also hinted at a darker path for The Man Without Fear in the upcoming episodes. Fisk blew up the ship, "The Northern Star," and we can guess that Fisk will blame this on Daredevil. This happened in the closing minutes of the third episode, "The Scales & The Sword."

Next Tuesday, i.e., April 7, we will get the fourth episode of this season, and it will continue the storyline set up in the third episode. Titled "Gloves Off," the fourth Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 episode will probably feature the much-hyped boxing matches involving Wilson Fisk next Tuesday.

What happened in episodes 2 and 3 of Born Again Season 2?

The second episode opens with Cherry being admitted to the hospital and being saved on time. However, he is still in danger as the AVTF is still looking for Cherry. The episode saw the AVTF arrest characters such as Ariana and Soledad Ayala (Hector Ayala's wife). Soledad's arrest even pushes Angela del Toro to take up her late uncle's mantle as the White Tiger.

Actually, Angela's arc as a hero was supposedly shot back in the first season itself. Jeffrey Nachmanoff, the director of season 1, episode 4, revealed that the team had filmed a cut scene:

"I remember shooting that little sequence with the amulet. As a director I did a few different versions then you send it off to the editorial. I can't remember what in the final version which way we did it. But I did one where it lights up in the bag, one where it stays dark. We did it as like the idea was that it was when the young girl comes, it senses her so it like started illuminating."

We finally see Angela's debut as the hero in the third episode of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. The final act of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2, episode 3, focuses on a brutal fight between Daredevil and AVTF officers inside the Red Hook prison, where the Man Without Fear rescues all of Fisk's prisoners. As Matt and Karen drive away, he hears Fisk's clearing crew dying in an explosion and drowning the "Northern Star."

"In season 2, Mayor Wilson Fisk crushes New York City underfoot as he hunts down public enemy number one, the Hell’s Kitchen vigilante known as Daredevil. But beneath the horned mask, Matt Murdock will try to fight back from the shadows to tear down the Kingpin’s corrupt empire and redeem his home. Resist. Rebel. Rebuild."

As of now, three episodes of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 are available on Disney+.
