Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 gets a new filming update, details revealed

Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 was greenlit back in September 2025, but very limited information about the third season has been revealed till now. Season 2 is expected to premiere on Disney+ in March 2026, and Season 3 is scheduled to be released in March 2027, as the show is trying to release one season every year to maintain high viewer retention and make sure there isn't too much of a gap in between seasons.

While we know a few details about Season 2, there's almost nothing that has been made public about Daredevil: Born Again Season 3. But now Philip J. Silvera, the Stunt Coordinator and Action Director of the show, has teased that they are preparing for Season 3.

The stunt team teases Daredevil: Born Again Season 3

While Marvel hasn't officially announced anything about the preparation or filming of Daredevil: Born Again Season 3, the Stunt Coordinator and Action Director of the show, Philip J. Silvera, has hinted that at least the stunt team is preparing to film for Season 3 via a post on Instagram. Silvera posted a picture with the rest of the stunt team with the caption,

Since this team of stunt professionals also worked on the earlier seasons of the show, it seems like the band is back and preparing for Daredevil: Born Again Season 3. Doing stunts is a tough job, especially if it's for a superhero show, and thus it is understandable that the team is starting preparations in the early weeks of the year.

Filming for Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 was set to begin in early 2026, and if the stunt team has already begun its preparations, we can expect the filming to begin in a few weeks as well. Given that the show intends to release a new season every March, they should ideally begin filming before Summer if they want to wrap up on time. For now, all we know is that it is in development, and Season 2 is going to be released in March 2026.

Along with the returning main cast members like Charlie Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio, and Deborah Ann Woll, Krysten Ritter has joined the cast of Season 2 as Jessica Jones, and Clark Johnson has joined as Cherry, characters fans saw back in Netflix's Daredevil. Lili Taylor has joined the cast as a political rival of Wilson Fisk, and Matthew Lillard and Annie Parisse have been cast in roles that are yet to be disclosed.

Daredevil: Born Again was created by Dario Scardapane, Matt Corman, and Chris Ord. Scardapane is also the showrunner. The show is executive-produced by Corman, Scardapane, Ord, Justin Benson, Chris Gary, Sana Amanat, Brad Winderbaum, Louis D'Esposito, and Kevin Feige. Marvel Television is the production company behind the show.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ in March 2026. Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 is expected to start filming soon and will be released in March 2027. Season 1 is streaming on Disney+.
