Dream to You Episode 6 leaves Yi-jae and Soo-bin at a heartbreaking crossroads; recap below
Dream to You episode 6 starts with Soo-bin rushing to meet Yi-jae to confront her about the injury in her leg. He asks her if the injury happened because of him. Yi-jae understands the pain of regret that Soo-bin is facing and comforts him. She tells him that she does not feel much pain. The two of them then begin to discuss their past regrets.

Things take a turn the next day when Yi-jae arrives at the studio. Soo-bin begins to get overtly anxious whenever Yi-jae mentions her leg. He tries to make her comfortable and even buys an expensive massage chair so that Yi-jae does not feel any pain. Though Yi-jae tries to make him understand that she is fine, Soo-bin does not listen.

Dream to You Episode 6 continues with the two of them continuing with the write-up of the movie. They finish the write-up, and now they have to focus on taking the next step, which is discussing it with the whole team. They even celebrate the completion of the write-up by having a drink and discussing their past. Though Yi-jae begins to feel happy about the concern that Soo-bin shows towards her, things get complicated when Soo-bin’s whole team arrives.
From assistant directors to camera operators, each and every individual of the team begins to arrive at the studio for the staff meeting. While Soo-bin welcomes the staff members at the studio, Yi-jae begins to worry as she does not feel ready to meet the staff yet. The moment she arrives at the studio, she understands a shift in the atmosphere.

She does not get a warm welcome, and the staff also begin to get up to go for scouting locations for the project. Yi-jae asks Soo-bin to speak to her in private. She asks him the reason she is being left out of the location scouting, as they discussed that they would be doing everything together.
Soo-bin, however, does not pay much heed to Yi-jae’s words and tells her that she would be meeting the producers for the script reading while he will scout locations with the team, and it will be the best choice. After Soo-bin and the team leave, Yi-jae is left with the producers. Dream to You Episode 6 continues with Yi-jae beginning to feel left out once again when she understands that the producers are getting constant messages from a group chat in which she is not included.

She gets more and more anxious as she understands that she is being left out deliberately. After she meets with the producers, she urges them to stay back, but they refuse. While returning to her home, Yi-jae finds the producers having food at a cafe, which further impacts her. The next day, Soo-bin and his team return from scouting locations.
Soo-bin asks for a quick meeting before they leave. When Yi-jae arrives at the studio, she goes inside the room to continue her work. After her work finishes, she comes out to confront Soo-bin. She asks Soo-bin if he really wants her opinions on things. She also tells him that she is not able to face the staff as she understands that they are working with her only because Soo-bin has asked them to for her sake.

Dream to You Episode 6 continues with Soo-bin giving a treat to the whole team at a restaurant. However, right after Yi-jae arrives, she begins to feel left out as none of the team members speak to her directly. When Yi-jae tries to speak to them, they reply in a condescending manner.
At the end of the episode, Yi-jae overhears two directors speaking, venting about Yi-jae’s involvement in the project even when she does not have any qualifications to be there. She breaks down hearing the words but does not cry in front of them and pretends that everything is alright at the restaurant. Though Soo-bin understands that Yi-jae is going through a difficult time, he does not speak up.
The next day, he confronts the two directors who were talking about Yi-jae the previous night. He tells him that Yi-jae was the one who wrote the script when she was in her senior year. This episode ends with Yi-jae asking Soo-bin to meet her at a racetrack.

She then tells him to watch her as she runs across the track multiple times to show him that even after all the difficulties that she has been through, she is standing there and that she wants to do well. She also does not want any more regrets. Soo-bin understands her, and the two of them share a heartwarming kiss. The two of them decide to finish the movie together and say goodbye to their first love so that they can move forward with a fresh start.
