Fallout Season 2 Episode 7 cast and characters: Here’s who brought the Prime Video series to life

Episode 7 of Fallout Season 2, "The Handoff," has just released on January 27, 2026 on Prime Video.

In this episode, we witness a convergence of multiple storylines taking place in the wasteland, as the stakes rise. This episode showcases some crucial events that explore fluctuating coalitions, predicaments, as well as the reverberations of the past.

Here are the cast and characters of Fallout Season 2 Episode 7

1) Moisés Arias as Norm MacLean

Actor Moisés Arias plays the role of Lucy's brother's, Norm MacLean. His character's evolution is notably much softer than the rest of the characters in Fallout. We witness the poignant journey of this Vault 33 inhabitant in the series.

Apart from this role, Arias has previously worked in Hannah Montana: The Movie, Ben-Hur, Pitch Perfect 3, The Stanford Prison Experiment, The King of Staten Island, and many more.

2) Kyle MacLachlan as Hank MacLean

Veteran actor Kyle MacLachlan plays the role of Lucy and Norm's father, Hank MacLean in Fallout Season 2. He is one of the prime characters of Episode 7, as his past actions have a deeper impact on the Vault-related conundrum.

The Golden Globe-winning star is well known for his work in Twin Peaks, Dune, Blue Velvet, Sex and the City and How I Met Your Mother, to name a few.

3) Aaron Moten as Maximus

Aaron Moten's character, Maximus' storyline continues in this season. Across the entire season, the knight’s intentions and loyalty to the Brotherhood of Steel have been under scrutiny. In this particular episode, Maximus' hardships are emphasized deeply, which gives us an insight into the character's internal turmoil.

Moten has also starred in The Transfiguration, Disjointed, Father Stu and Next, to name a few.

4) Walton Goggins as Cooper Howard/ The Ghoul

As Cooper Howard a.k.a. The Ghoul, we have Walton Goggins embodying the post-human figure. The character's ambiguity and uncertainty is largely showcased in this episode. We also see how Howard's backstory and stubborn stance about the world plays a huge role in the chain of events across the barren wasteland.

The Emmy-nominated actor is well known for his work in films and series including Predators, Justified, Django Unchained, Tomb Raider, Ant-Man and the Wasp, The White Lotus, etc.

5) Ella Purnell as Lucy MacLean

And lastly, we have Lucy MacLean, who is the central character of the series. Portrayed by Ella Purnell, her character serves as the grounding force of the story. In her quest for survival, she traverses the ruthless post-apocalyptic world whilst adhering to her core beliefs shaped by the Vault. She strives to find a balance between her conscience and survival.
