Filming and release window for Nobody Wants This Season 3 revealed

Nobody Wants This Season 3 was greenlit back in November, 2025, almost immediately after Season 2 was released on October 23, 2025. The season ended with two breakups, but with Joanne deciding she wants to convert to Judaism. While Season 3 was confirmed, a release window has yet to be confirmed.

Seasons 1 and 2 were released in the fall, and Season 3 will most likely follow a similar release window. Based on a report by What's on Netflix, Nobody Wants This Season 3 will begin filming soon.

Nobody Wants This Season 3 was earlier announced to be arriving in 2026. In a time when most shows take years to return for the next season, this romantic dramedy intends to come up with a new season every year. Season 2 ended with Morgan breaking up with her fiancé Andy, after she realised how he used her therapy sessions against her. Sasha and Esther are taking a break as well with Sasha needing space from her husband.

Moreover, at the end of Season 2, Joanne was finally sure that she wanted to convert to Judaism and Noah realized he would accept her regardless of her choice. Thus there's a lot more of the story to explore in Nobody Wants This Season 3. According to What's on Netflix, the outlet known for reporting the most accurate Netflix news, Nobody Wants This Season 3 will begin filming in March 2026 and is scheduled to wrap filming in May 2026. Based on that timeline, the new season is expected to release on Netflix in September or October of this year.

It is to be noted that this release or forming window is yet to be officially confirmed by Netflix. But since Netflix did confirm that Season 3 will arrive in 2026, this filming and release window seems like a highly probable one. There is no news regarding new cast members being confirmed, but we'll hopefully find out more soon.

Speaking about Nobody Wants This Season 3, showrunner Erin Foster said to Tudum by Netflix,

“I couldn’t be more excited to head into a third season of this show,”

She continued,

“It is a privilege to be able to write about my favorite couple on a scale like this. As long as it doesn’t take too much time away from me watching reality TV at night, I'll do it for as long as they want me to!”
