Song Kang as Kang Bi-o: He is one of the piano prodigies in the K-drama. Bi-o is the kind of student who seems to have everything under control. He's incredibly talented, spends a lot of time practicing, and always has high hopes for himself.

At the same time, Bi-o is facing pressure from his family. He's not allowed to perform badly and is constantly working on being the best. But once another talented student steps in, Bi-o learns that he might not be the only top performer.

Lee Jun-young as Choi Jeong-yo: He is the other major piano talent in the K-drama. Jeong-yo is very different from Bi-o. Rather than approaching music through strict routines and perfectionism, he has a very creative approach.

Jang Gyu-ri as Hong Jae-in: a viola major who becomes the third important figure in the trio. Jae-in has exceptionally sensitive hearing and a highly developed musical instinct. Because she is so particular about what she hears, finding performances that genuinely satisfy her is difficult.
