Keep your flashlights and water bottles close, From Season 4 is coming! The creepy horror-mystery drama is returning on MGM+, with new questions, more fright, and a cast that seems both familiar and unsettling. The fans will not only be pleased to see most of the familiar faces, but also some new characters who will most certainly bring havoc to the strange town where nobody can get out.

There will be more in-depth plots, increased risks, and the dark, tense atmosphere that the show is famous for. From Season 4 is going to be full of twists, scares, and acts that viewers are already used to, set to premiere on April 19, 2026.

The core crew

Without its leading actors, From wouldn’t be From, but luckily, the majority of them are back in Season 4. Harold Perrineau reappears as Boyd, who continues to attempt to save the town from the darkness. Catalina Sandino Moreno returns as Tabitha, who is struggling with the information she has been learning about the town and herself.

The Matthews family continues to grow closer, as Julie’s odd time powers cause her to become extremely valuable, and young Ethan makes his appearance to bring hope and easy wisdom. Jade returns, as well, still trying to find answers that might either save everybody or worsen the situation.

Donna and Kenny come back, and they are the ones to stand firm as new challenges hit the town. They may be solving mysteries, time-travelling, or merely surviving, but they are the core of the show.

From Season 4 is not purely about old wounds; it is about new ones as well. Sophia, to be portrayed by Julia Doyle, is a new character introduced into the story. She is the daughter of a sheltered pastor who appears to be tender and frail, yet there is a possibility that she might be harboring something dark inside. In a series like From, such innocence typically conceals something dangerous.

Sophia’s past remains unknown. She is considerate, religious, and she can either unveil some unforeseen secrets about the town, or become sucked into its pit of atrocities. Her arrival may bring both trouble and answers since this town bends reality itself. From Season 4’s cast feels like another puzzle that is to be solved with hints that some of the so-called dead characters might come back in time via time loops or visions.

What this cast line-up means for From Season 4’s story

From Season 4 retains the same troubles and introduces some more. Boyd, Tabitha, and Jade are also struggling with who they are, their trauma, and even with the possibility of whether they can escape at all. The emotional emphasis of the preceding season remains high.

The introduction of Sophia and potential shift in alliances can imply that the show can blur the lines between friend and rival. She might be bringing hope, or things might get a great deal worse. Even old threats like that of the Man in Yellow remain important, along with weird concepts of time and resurrection.

From Season 4, therefore, combines the predictable and the unpredictable. It is about to push the characters, as well as the concept of reality, to the extreme.
