The Furious finale episode titled Hart Island ended on a shocking note, revealing the truth about Isabel's death and hinting at Alice's new mission. But once the confrontation between Catherine and Emma starts, Alice learns that Isabel was killed by none other than Catherine, who didn't want to see her in pain. Alice then reaches Jay's room, and he starts talking about her, but he soon has difficulty breathing and dies.
While everyone thought it was a natural death, it is revealed in the end that Jay was killed by Alice. By the end, she gets a list of people who downloaded the video, giving her new targets to go after.

Furious Episode 8 recap: Catherine finally confronts Emma

The Furious episode 8 starts with Catherine going to Jay's house as he wonders what she wants from him. On the other hand, Alice learns that the DNA belongs to Emma Easton. Emma takes out the gun for protection. Danny asks Alice not to go alone, and she promises she won't. On the other hand, Ed is worried about Catherine and calls Emma to confirm if everything is fine there. But seeing Catherine standing in front of her leaves Emma frozen.
Catherine talks about Isabel and how she loved flowers, but as the conversation moves forward, Emma tries to convince Catherine that she's the victim and it's not her fault. But Catherine doesn't listen to her and attacks her. She even tells Catherine to kill Jay with the gun she has. Alice hears a gunshot from the house.
When she gets there, she finds Emma sitting there, saying that Catherine ran away after Emma shot her. At this point, Catherine just wants to know what happened to Isabel and is trying to remember what happened. But Alice asks her to give the gun so she won't get arrested.

In the Furious finale, Danny and Nora reach Jay's home and are joined by Ed, where other authorities ask for their IDs. Catherine points the gun at Emma, asking questions, and Emma tells her what happened. According to Emma, she came into the room and held Isabel as she was bleeding. She adds that she wanted to see Catherine, so she went to get her and brought her into the room.
Catherine comes to realize that it was Emma whom Hal was protecting all along. Emma says that Isabel was alive when she left the room, but after she came back, she found her dead, adding that it might be the complication with the birth. The statement leaves Catherine broken as she drops the gun. Alice stays by her side to console her as she remembers.
Turns out, it was Catherine who gave her the drugs after Isabel asked her to, as she didn't want to see her in pain anymore. Alice arrests Catherine, and Emma comes out of the house and tells the authorities that Catherine tried to kill her. The authorities, including Danny, come inside and ask everyone to secure the scene.

In Furious Episode 8, Alice finds Jay in the bedroom as she wakes him up, telling him it's the FBI. Jay tells her that he knows her, adding that she's a movie star and he liked her video, calling it one of his favorites. But he soon starts coughing and dies. Meanwhile, they find no evidence, which makes Ed happy and relieved. Nora asks Danny to give her the evidence so that she can go after Ed, but Danny says he threw her in the ocean.
So what happens to Catherine and Alice in the end? Towards the end of the episode, we see the two meeting each other once again as they talk in the prison. Alice tells Catherine that they found Isabel's body, and she is also having a marked grave in the cemetery. But that's not the only thing Alice came to tell her.
The scene then cuts to Danny and Alice talking to each other as he asks her to join him for Parcheesi and later kisses her. She later asks him if he can still see her face in the video he told her about, and he assures her that they don't have to do anything. In the end, Danny gives her the flash drive and tells her to do what she thinks is right, and she gives it to Nora. Nora learns that even Alice is there on the video that Jay Easton had, which leaves her shocked.
Once Alice comes back into the office, Nora hands her the code to the room if she needs to review sensitive materials and asks her to search Alice. Alice enters the private room, and she sits in front of the monitor and sees her own video, showing that she is ready to face it. So what was the secret Alice was hiding from Catherine?
Turns out, Catherine saw Alice leaving the room, and while Alice tries to convince her that Jay died from respiratory failure, Catherine asks her if she liked it, pointing to the killing. The ending shows that Alice was the one who killed Jay when he started talking about her and pretended as if he died from respiratory failure. The episode ends with Alice looking at the list of people who downloaded the video and finding new targets.
