Furious Episode 7 sees Ed getting desperate as Alice gets her 'wings' - recap ahead

Furious Episode 7, titled "Some Days It Don't Come Easy," just brought Alice a little closer to the truth. While in the previous episode, Alice lost hope of catching Catherine after she escapes, by the end of Episode 7, Alice still has hope, thanks to Catherine.

The episode starts with Alice in the hospital as Nora shows her disappointment in her and the lost opportunity. Later, Alice learns about the flash drive from Danny and decides to put her best efforts into finding Elena and Big Man, through whom they can reach Catherine.

The plan works, and Alice finds Catherine. Together, they come up with a plan that could help the authorities search Jay Easton's home. On the other hand, Ed learns that Danny has the flash drive, and he alerts Jay Easton's daughter about Catherine and the possible search.

Furious Episode 7 recap: Danny tells Alice about the flash drive

Furious Episode 7 starts with Alice being taken to the hospital after Catherine escapes. On the other hand, Marshall is also admitted to the hospital, something that Alice is blamed for.

Nora tells Alice that Ed is taking care of the case now and shows her disappointment in Alice believing that she lost an opportunity by helping Marshall instead of catching Catherine. However, Alice defends herself by saying that she didn't have any backup.

After Alice comes back home, she asks Danny to stay by her side. She even confesses her feelings to Danny and tells him that she wants to go to the beach house with him. Danny decides to tell Alice about the flash drive along with details about Alden and Catherine. He later tells her about the video he found on the flash drive, along with a file named "Alice" that contains a video of her, leaving Alice shocked.

Danny shows concern towards Alice and wants to protect her, but Alice, after learning about the video, tells Danny to turn it in and not to protect her. However, Danny promises not to submit the flash drive or let anyone else see it, making it clear that it's not her fault.

Furious Episode 7 recap: Alice and Nora catch Elena

In Furious Episode 7, Alice asks Nora about Big Man, the man Elena is with, and learns that he was operating out of the Bronx. Alice does her research and finds the motel's location with the possibility of finding Elena. Both Nora and Alice wait outside the motel, and just when Elena shows up, they run and catch Big Man and Elena.

Alice finds the burner phone Catherine left with Elena and pushes her to tell Catherine's location. When Elena refuses to tell Alice anything about Catherine, Alice decides to provoke her by revealing that Catherine lied about Isabel. She tells Elena that Isabel is actually her mother, not her sister, and that she doesn't need anyone. All this time, Alice had been trying her best to find Catherine, only to discover that Catherine was right there in Elena's room.

Alice, without losing another opportunity, tells Catherine that there was no flash drive and no one wants to help her or cares about Isabel. Alice asks where Catherine would go if she let her leave and suggests that she might go to Jay Easton's house in Connecticut in the black car waiting downstairs. It feels more like Alice is indirectly giving her instructions rather than asking a question, and Catherine understands exactly what she means.

At this point, Alice plans to follow Catherine to Jay Easton's house, where she can arrest Catherine and search Easton's home. When Nora asks her about the same, she explains the same, adding that she got the wings.

Furious Episode 7 recap: Ed learns the truth about the flash drive

In Furious Episode 7, Ed learns that somebody copied the files from the laptop, leaving him worried, as these files can even destroy his career. After seeing the surveillance footage, Ed becomes sure that the evidence is with Danny.

Later, Nora calls Danny and tells him about Alice's plan. At this point, Ed just wants to get his hands on the evidence to protect himself and Jay and is looking for any opportunity to talk to Danny about the same. Just as Danny gets into his car, Ed gets into the back seat and confronts him about the evidence. While Danny pretends not to know anything at first, he later asks Ed what he plans to do about it. Ed tries to blackmail Danny by bringing up his son, but it only leads to a fight between them.

After Danny leaves, Ed calls Jay Easton's daughter and warns her about Catherine and the possible search it could lead to if the authorities find her in Jay's home. When Emma asks Jay if he is hiding more evidence in the house, he gets angry and asks her to apologize. However, Emma pushes him as Jay asks her to leave the files and not take them with her.

At the end of the episode, it is revealed that the DNA under Isabel Luna's fingernails was a sibling of Caleb Easton, bringing a new twist to the whole case.
