Furious Season 2 has some major questions to answer after that shocking finale

Right after the announcement, Furious quickly became the talk of the town. With an approach to a distinct storyline, the anticipation rose, and finally, with the ending of the first season, the viewers are left with an array of questions. It cannot be denied that the first season of the series was able to deliver on its promise and depicted a nuanced story filled with shocking turns of events and character developments.

Though many of the questions are answered, especially the aspect of Isabel’s situation, here are some of the questions that Furious Season 2 needs to answer.

It is great news for the viewers that the series has already been renewed for its much-needed second season, which has many questions to be answered. A distinct propelling factor in the storyline has been Isabel’s situation. The brutality of Isabel’s situation leaves many questions for the next season.

After finding the truth about Catherine, she has been taken to jail. This leaves the viewers with the question of whether Catherine will be able to recover from the truth that she has just found out. The second season needs to explore Catherine’s emotions. On the other hand, Emma Easton’s situation also brings forth many questions, as her DNA was found in Isabel’s fingernails. Isabel was able to scratch Emma while she was dying.

As Emma already was a significant part of her father, Jay Easton's, crimes, the question remains about her future. After Jay’s death, she has become the heir to the immense wealth of Jay Easton. How she will navigate through this new turn of events is also expected to be answered in the upcoming season of Furious. Catherine is undoubtedly a crucial part of the storyline and also influential in some of the characters’ lives.

Among these characters, Alden is one who relies on Catherine immensely, as she is his caregiver. Alden’s house also became a significant location for Catherine, as she was able to navigate through her operations from there. At the end of Furious Season 1, Catherine is sent to jail, which leaves Alden’s situation in a vulnerable position. The second season needs to reveal Alden’s situation after Catherine’s departure to jail.

Catherine shot Connelly, leaving his fate hanging. It will be intriguing to see how Connelly’s storyline unfolds in the next season, especially how his dynamic shifts with Alice. A significant question that leaves the viewers wondering by the end of the first season of Furious is the extent of Jay Easton’s case. Hal had enough data on Easton’s actions, but not much is revealed about how many more people are involved in the whole case.

The second season needs to answer the details of Easton’s case in a detailed manner, especially shedding light on the other people who are involved. Catherine's influence can be seen from the beginning of the series. The manner in which her actions shape the trajectory of the storyline leaves an impact. Though Alice starts off as an FBI agent searching for Catherine, as the series progresses, the line gets blurred as Alice’s tragic past and Easton’s involvement in the whole situation are unveiled.

Alice ends up killing Jay Easton after she finds out how Easton enjoyed the video of her getting abused. Though the reason for Jay Easton’s death is shown to be a respiratory issue, it is Alice who killed Easton.

This leaves us with the question of whether the truth about Alice’s actions will come to light, as Catherine is aware of the truth. Alice also has the list of the people who downloaded her video, leaving us with the question of what her next step will be. Whether she will take on Catherine’s path or focus on investigating on a deeper level needs to be answered in Furious Season 2.
