Episode 10 of Spooky in Love is out, focusing on what happens when Min-hwan continues to plot against Yeo-ri and Reina while she's trying to find the truth about Ji-hwan's death and the necklace that was left behind. Not only this, but things became even harder for the couple when Yeo-ri suddenly asked for a breakup.
The synopsis for episode 10 reads:
"Gang-uk surprises Yeo-ri on her trip, lifting her spirits. Meanwhile, Gang-uk's grandma changes her mind about their marriage. Min-hwan starts plotting."
While Yeo-ri was happy to see Gang-uk during her Singapore trip, she felt heartbroken when his grandmother revealed a shocking health issue. Because of that, Yeo-rin finds no option but to part ways.

Spooky in Love Episode 10 recap: Yeo-ri wins the shareholder battle while Min-hwan finds a new way to attack Reina
Episode 10 begins with Gang-uk meeting Yeo-ri in Singapore. He gives her the painting she had asked him to bring from Korea, and they discuss Ms. Han Se-in, whose vote could decide the future of Seina Hall. After Hyeong-min finds Se-in’s location, Yeo-ri meets her and asks for support.
Se-in is reluctant, but Yeo-ri explains that she can protect her brother’s Chaeum Artrion gallery by having it recognized as a cultural heritage site. Se-in still wants time before deciding, so Yeo-ri leaves her Dowon’s folk painting.
Gang-uk then notices that Yeo-ri needs some fresh air due to the pressure she's dealing with and takes her for shopping. Their bond strengthens when Gang-uk tells Yeo-ri that he would accept seeing ghosts if it meant staying by her side.
After returning to Korea, Se-in sends someone to vote for Yeo-ri. At the Reina shareholders’ meeting in episode 10 of Spooky in Love, Yeo-ri survives the attempt to remove her by just 1%. But this victory does not stop the opposition.
Gye-hee secretly seeks her brother’s help, while Min-hwan discovers Reina’s hidden fund involving Cheon Art Gallery and Gye-hee’s illegal paintings operation. He plans to exploit the scandal, push Reina’s stock down, and eventually absorb the company into CL Group.
Spooky in Love Episode 10 recap: Gang-uk and Yeo-ri's bond and the necklace mystery
After the shareholder meeting in episode 10 of Spooky in Love, Yeo-ri thanks Manager Bong and Ji-soo for staying on her side. Shen then reaches out to her grandmother and hands her a flash drive containing information about Gye-hee’s secret fund.
Away from work, Gang-uk and Yeo-ri's relationship gets serious. Soon, Madam Paeng gets angry when she discovers that Gang-uk lied about Yeo-ri's birth year. She's born in the year of the monkey and the shaman told Gang-uk to stay away from such women if he wishes to live a healthy life.
The couple then also returns to the yacht accident that changed their lives. Yeo-ri still cannot remember everything about the necklace Ji-hwan gave her before his death. So Gang-uk tracks down the paramedic who treated the victims.
The paramedic reveals that someone from Ji-hwan’s family collected the necklace afterward, giving Yeo-ri another piece of the mystery. Their search is interrupted when Madam Paeng finds them and tells Gang-uk to end the engagement.
She then meets Yeo-ri and tells her the truth about Gang-uk's heart transplant. At the same time, Min-hwan uses his influence to arrange Gang-uk’s overseas transfer while pushing an investigation into the Yeeon Foundation bribery case, putting both Gang-uk and Yeo-ri under pressure.
Spooky in Love episode 10 ending: Yeo-ri learns about Gang-uk’s surgery and decides to end their engagement
Min-hwan's plans work well as Yeeon Foundation faces notable troubles after the investigation begins. Gang-uk is told that his relationship with Yeo-ri has become part of the reason behind his unexpected overseas transfer.
Yeo-ri also finds out that this case could ruin her career as well due to her connection to the foundation. She meets Chairwoman Baek, who is disappointed, while Gang-uk tries to explain that their involvement was limited to Lee Hwa-yong rather than the entire organization.
With so much happening with her, Yeo-ri takes some time for lunch with Manager Bong and Ji-soo. But Madam Paeng on the other side remains worried about Gang-uk and decides that she must intervene. Seo-hyeon also tells Yeo-ri about Gang-uk’s overseas transfer, making the situation even more troubling.
When Madam Paeng meets Yeo-ri before episode 10 of Spooky in Love ends, she tells her that Gang-uk had a heart transplant. Not only this, but the shaman had asked him to stay away from women like Yeo-ri due to her birth year.
This leaves Yeo-ri frightened as she thinks staying with Gang-uk could bring harm to his health. So, she stops answering his calls and instead reflects on their relationship. When Gang-uk finds her, Yeo-ri says that they should breakup.
