Jimmy Kimmel made fun of Donald Trump after the president reportedly called the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool 'Massive.' According to the White House, the president gave a speech about pool renovations and updates on other projects that would beautify Washington, D.C. During the speech, the president said,
"This has been, this is a massive piece of, uh, piece of pool. There's never been anything like when you look at the side."
The comedian pointed to the president's 'massive' remark and said:
"It is indeed a massive piece of pool when you look at the side. I don't know, maybe they'll give him the Nobel piece of pool prizes."
The Guardian reported that Trump unveiled the delayed results of the $14 million renovation of Washington, DC's Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool during what was expected to be his final press conference before votes headed to the polls for the midterm elections. About 20 minutes into speaking about the project, and with less than 24 hours remaining before Election Day, the president turned his attention to Tuesday's midterm vote and described the election as an important moment for the nation.

Late-night comedy: Jimmy Kimmel mocked Trump after he reportedly called the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool 'Massive'
On Jimmy Kimmel Live, the host mocked the president, who reportedly claimed that the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is massive. After watching Trump's footage beside the pool, Kimmel remarked that the reflecting pool was certainly large when viewed from the side. He made this comment before joking that the president might even receive a fictional Nobel Peace Prize for pools because he is fascinated with the project.
Kimmel further said that many people were calling the place the president's 'Pettysburg Address.' The comedian even mentioned that the president blamed both Joe Biden and Barack Obama for every problem with the reflecting pool that existed before his involvement. Kimmel added,
"He said he's giving serious thought to renaming the pool after himself, which, that's a nice idea. He ranted about Bermuda grass and topsoil and his construction projects and the ballroom, James Comey, rusty pipes. He had visual aids."
The host stated that Trump had even suggested the idea of naming the reflecting pool after himself. Kimmel then joked about how the president spoke on several unrelated topics during the event, including Bermuda grass, topsoil, construction work, a ballroom, James Comey, and rusty pipes, while using visual presentations to support his points. Kimmel ended his joke by saying that Trump stripped down to his diapers and jumped into the shallow end of the pool with a cannonball.
Trump's visual presentation on the pool

The president stood silently on Monday while holding up a poster showing an image of the algae-covered pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial. Wearing a white 'USA' hat and standing beside the pool, which he had renovated twice that year, the president appeared more focused on the cosmetic improvements he made in the nation's capital than on other accomplishments from his second term or voters' concerns such as rising prices. According to US News, the president said,
"We have a lot of great things planned for Washington, and I could get into the nation, but for that, you don’t have enough time."
Trump also spoke on several side topics, including rusty pipes, grass, and paint colors. He reportedly used the word 'grass' around 20 times as he talked about Bermuda grass, new and old grass, beautiful grass, what he called 'inferior grass,' grass that had been vandalized, and grass growing through cracks near the president's helipad, which had also recently been replaced.
The president further spoke about grass as if it were a living thing, mentioned grass that was donated and planted with care near the White House, and even discussed items that looked like grass but were not actually grass.
