The strong, cocky character came back with a crucial case, and in a vulnerable state, which Addison has not been seen much in Grey's Anatomy. During a recent Variety interview, Walsh talked about how she wanted this 'vulnerable' side of Addison to be shown in her return in Episode 10 of Season 22, and stated:"We hadn’t really seen Addison vulnerable in a while, like freaking out. So I thought that might be a little more interesting, a bit of a role reversal, and I think you see that in this episode."More on this in our story.Grey's Anatomy star Kate Walsh discusses her return to the medical drama View this post on Instagram Instagram PostIn Episode 10 of Grey's Anatomy Season 2, Kate Walsh returns to Grey Sloan Memorial as Addison and brings a new case of a woman losing her vision. "She talks about how her character had been the one helping Amelia in her various struggles throughout the series, and further added:"Amelia and Addison are always confidants, and Addison’s always obviously been there for Amelia, historically, whenever she’s in trouble - whether it’s with her addiction struggles or what have you - in the past.
