It cannot be denied that Arthur Weasley is a significant part of the Harry Potter franchise. Rafe Spall has been announced to take the helm as Arthur Weasley for the second season. Among these new characters, Moaning Myrtle and Colin Creevey’s characters are quite significant in the storyline of the second season of the upcoming reboot. Molly Hewitt-Richards will bring life to Moaning Myrtle’s character in the second season, while Jasper Ambrose is set to take on the role of Colin Creevey.

As the Harry Potter franchise has a huge fandom and the movies have already done a significant job in bringing life to the storyline, it will be intriguing to see how the series further explores the characters.

Unlike movies, a series does not have time constraints. Hence, storylines can be explored on a deeper level. Harry Potter fans already have immense expectations from the series. Rafe Spall’s casting in the second season of the series is also intriguing for the fans of the movies, as Rafe Spall’s father, Timothy Spall, took on the role of Peter Pettigrew in the movies.

The cast of the first season of the series has already been announced. Some of the significant cast members of the first season of the series include Dominic McLaughlin as the titular character, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley, etc.

Kit Harington has also joined the cast of the series as Gilderoy Lockhart for the second season. The primary focus of the first season will be on how Harry navigates the challenges of becoming a wizard after joining Hogwarts, after he learns his truth.
