In Your Radiant Season cast and characters: Here’s who brings the MBC K-drama to life

MBC's latest K-drama, In Your Radiant Season, premiered on February 20, 2026. The K-drama follows the story of two characters who have been hiding their own tragic secrets behind their seemingly perfect image.

However, meeting one another brings light to those secrets as their lives come crashing down. The K-drama includes Lee Sung-kyung and Chae Jong-hyeop, among several other popular actors in the ensemble cast.

1) Lee Sung-kyung as Song Ha-ran

The popular South Korean actress plays the character of Ha-ran in the MBC K-drama. As shown in the premiere episode, Ha-ran at present works as a lead designer at Nana Atelier, her grandmother's company. The episode also highlights how Ha-ran's life changed after an accident that killed her boyfriend Chan seven years ago. However, her life was about to take another turn with the arrival of another character who seemed to know her.

Sung-kyung gained fame with her role in the beloved K-drama Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo. Her other K-dramas include Dr. Romantic, The Doctors, and The Nice Guy, among several others.

2) Chae Jong-hyeop as Seonu Chan

Jong-hyeop plays Seonu Chan in the K-drama. A character designer with a happy-go-lucky nature, who coincidentally comes to Korea and begins working with Nana Atelier for a project. This brings him face-to-face with Ha-ran, who thinks he might be her stalker as his animated character, Won, resembles her. The premiere episode suggests that Chan is harboring a secret that could also be connected to Ha-ran.

The 32-year-old actor is known for K-dramas such as Serendipity's Embrace, Castaway Diva, and Sisyphus: The Myth, among others.

3) Lee Mi-sook as Kim Na-na

Veteran actress Lee Mi-sook plays Kim Na-na, the owner of Nana Ateliers and a popular fashion designer in the MBC K-drama. While she tries to find the perfect match for her oldest granddaughter, Ha-ran, she ends up reuniting with her own first love, resulting in a hopeful twist in her life.

Mi-sook has been a part of various popular K-dramas such as Queen of Tears, Blade Man, and Wok of Love, among many others.

4) Kang Seok-woo as Park Man-jae

Seok-woo plays Man-jae in the K-drama. He is a barista and the owner of the cafe named Shim, where Ha-ran is a regular customer. It turns out he also knows Seonu Chan and is the first love of Ha-ran's grandmother, Kim Na-na.

The South Korean veteran actor has appeared in K-dramas such as You Are My Destiny, Can We Get Married?, Home for Summer and My Father Is Strange, among numerous others.
