Industry Season 3 cast and characters: Here’s who brought the financial thriller to life

HBO's Industry Season 3 premiered back in 2024.

With a total of eight episodes, the plot thickens as it explores London's merciless and critical financial world.

Created by Konrad Kay and Mickey Down, Season 3 explores the lives of the Pierpoint traders' participation in the green energy IPO. We also witness Harper's journey in her career as she exits Pierpoint and joins a new company.

In this season, we witness some OG characters from the earlier season, along with some new faces, raising the stakes of its storyline even higher.

Here are the cast and characters of Industry Season 3

1) Kit Harington as Henry Muck

The most popular new face of Industry Season 3 is Kit Harington, who portrays the role of Henry Muck. Upon his introduction to the series, the level of drama reaches its boiling point.

Henry Muck is an elite businessman who operates an environmentally conscious energy firm. His company, named Lumi, gets unified with Pierpoint in the process.

Apart from this role, Kit Harington is well-known for his work in Game of Thrones, Gunpowder, Pompeii, Modern Love, Eternals, and more.

2) Sarah Goldberg as Petra Koenig

Another new addition to the cast is Sarah Goldberg as Petra Koenig. She works as the portfolio manager at FutureDawn. During Harper's work with the company, she began to have a proximate professional engagement with Koenig.

The Emmy-nominated actor has also worked in The Dark Knight Rises, Hindsight, Barry, Sisters, The Hummingbird Project, Bubble & Squeak, etc.

3) Elena Saurel as Anna Gearing

Elena Saurel, in the role of Anna Gearing, is also a new member of the cast of Industry Season 3. At FutureDawn, Harper works as the personal secretary of Gearing.

Apart from her work in this series, Saurel has worked in Buffering, The Batman, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, We Might Regret This, and many more.

4) Sagar Radia as Rishi Ramdani

The hot-tempered Rishi Ramdani, played by Sagar Radia, has continued his storyline in this series. He works as a market trader at Pierpoint. However, his marital life gets topsy-turvy due to his romantic involvement with Harper.

Radia has also appeared in Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Stan Lee's Lucky Man, and Unicorns, among others.

5) Ken Leung as Eric Tao

In this season, Eric Tao, portrayed by Ken Leung, achieves new heights in his career as he becomes a corporate partner with Pierpoint. However, there is a huge downside to it, as his personal life is gravely impacted.

Ken Leung is well-known for his work in Rush Hour, Red Dragon, Inside Man, Lost, The Night Shift, The Sopranos, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, etc.

6) Harry Lawtey as Robert Spearing

Robert Spearing, a native of Wales, arrives in London to have a thriving career. Portrayed by Harry Lawtey, Spearing engages with clients as part of his role at the Cross Product Sales desk. However, Robert finds his private life to be at a critical juncture.

Lawtey's other works include Benediction, You & Me, Joker: Folie à Deux, Mr Burton, etc.

7) Myha’la Herrold as Harper Stern

Myha'la Herrold's portrayal of Harper Stern has earned immense love from the audience. In this season, Harper, after being laid off from Pierpoint, joins a new company named FutureDawn. However, she mounts a comeback in the financial industry.

Herrold's other roles in films and series include Bodies Bodies Bodies, Dumb Money, Black Mirror, Swiped, and many more.

8) Marisa Abela as Yasmin Kara-Hanani

And lastly, we have the central character in the cast, Yasmin Kara-Hanani. Played by Marisa Abela, her story arc continues as she works at Pierpoint's Foreign Exchange Sales desk. A competent employee, her career growth is interrupted by her conflict with her father, as he is involved in some unlawful activities.

Apart from this role, Abela's work includes Rogue Agent, Barbie, and Back to Black, to name a few.
