To prevent this, Whitney suggests a hostile takeover of Pierpoint and converting Tender's fraud revenue into real revenue. Henry has no choice but to agree and Whitney plans Pierpoint's takeover.On the other hand, Jennifer Devan struggles with the Labour Party's ties with the government. When Lisa Dearn and a member of the Conservative Party debate about the Labor Party's ties with Tender on a radio show, the PM's chief of staff, Ricky Martyn, chews them out for the Tender scandal. Jennifer ends up calling Yasmin to ask for a column in Norton's newspaper to soften the blow from Tender's fallout on her. Yasmin is willing to push Henry under the bus as long as she is safe. Yasmin decides to run a column in The Patriot, blaming Lisa for the government's relationship with Tender.
