Tracker Season 4 Episode 4, titled Purification, aired on CBS on October 25. According to Rotten Tomatoes, the official synopsis for the episode reads as follows:

“When a woman disappears after helping a terrified teenage runaway, Colter uncovers a disturbing case of abuse and embarks on a desperate search to save them both”

According to Collider, the latest episode of Tracker Season 4 took Colter to Utah, where a woman named Nicole went missing from a park. The woman's father, Roy Dunning, contacted Randy after his daughter didn't show up for his birthday dinner and wasn't answering his calls. While Roy believed Nicole likely bailed on him because of a work thing, that was not the case.

Colter found a cupcake box and a note in the trash, which suggested she was seeing someone and had likely gone out to meet him before she went missing.

Here is the complete recap.

Tracker Season 4 Episode 4 recap: Nicole got in trouble while helping a teenager

Randy tracked the cupcake sender to Steven Jones in Tracker Season 4 Episode 4. While Jones, a married finance employee, initially denied knowing Nicole, he eventually revealed that he was having an affair with the missing woman. Steven took Colter to the park where they met last night to end things. Steven knew that the park had a reputation for assault cases, but he left Nicole alone.

Colter found Nicole's car in a nearby gas station, and the clerk gave clues about her disappearance. It turns out Nicole was with a scared teenager, who was being chased by somebody in a camper van. The clerk revealed that the camper van had crashed into Nicole's car, that the driver had knocked him out, and that the driver had likely fled with both victims. Colter's case in Tracker Season 4 Episode 4 got more complicated as he was dealing with two victims.

Colter got an important clue when he discovered the teenager's hoodie, with a tiger club logo, in the back of Nicole's car. A quick pit stop at the club revealed that a creepy man, Tate Montgomery, owned a camper van with a similar logo.

Things took a turn in Tracker Season 4 Episode 4 when Colter found Tate's skeleton in his closet along with a camcorder. The footage revealed a man torturing a kid in Tate's basement. The signs showed that somebody was using Tate's identity, camper van, and Social Security checks to lure and torture teenagers. Randy discovered a chilling connection between Tate and the real kidnapper, Elias Williams. He was Tate's stepson.

Randy discovered that the teenager being tortured in the video was Elias' son Jason. It turns out Elias was a former preacher who forcefully fed his son bleach to 'purify' him against the modern world. While Colter tracked Elias and nearly caught him at a storage unit, his wife Cheryl picked him up in the camper van, with Nicole and Jason in the back seat.

In the final moments of Tracker Season 4 Episode 4, Nicole choked Cheryl until she was unconscious, causing a crash. When Colter reached the crash site, Nicole and Jason had already escaped into the woods, with Elias hot on their tail. While Elias had the upper hand over Nicole, Colter knocked him out and saved both victims. Nicole was reunited with her father, and Jason was sent to live with his aunt in Texas, who would give him a fresh start.

Tracker Season 4 Episode 4 also revealed that Colter's team finally got a new office. Reenie delivered the good news to Mel and Randy. She found a good place and signed the lease on the spot, so Colter's team will likely have their own space in the next episode.
