There has been no shortage of questions for fans of Invincible and its forthcoming Season 4. An announcement was made last week confirming that Prime Video will exclusively air the new season on March 18, 2026. Amazon has also released a new trailer featuring snippets of the actions and tensions awaiting viewers next season. The trailer features the animated violence common to the series, so discretion should be exercised by viewers considering watching the trailer.

Invincible was first aired in 2021 and has since established a global viewer base that is continuing to lay the groundwork for future seasons. Mark Grayson will return to the show again, as Invincible, after an extended absence from the series world during which time the world created by the show has not stabilised. In Season 4, Mark will face the much stronger enemies like the Thragg, Dinosaurus and Universa. By adding these villains to the show, viewers will see increased stakes in their struggles and must focus on the emotional aspects of the characters.

The show has always mixed personal stories with large battles and world-changing events. Season 4 continues this style. Mark is trying to be there for the people he cares about, while also dealing with the pressure of being a hero in a world that keeps changing. The new season will show how he handles decisions that could affect the future of the planet. This mix of action and personal struggle is one of the reasons why the show has stayed popular for so long.

You will find Invincible available on Prime Video in over 240 different countries and territories. Season four premieres on March 18, 2026, but seasons one, two, and three are live now. If you haven't seen the previous seasons of the show, you can begin here to catch up before you watch season four.

Cast and story details of Invincible

From the very start of Invincible, the voice cast has been one of the most vital elements, and Season 4 will have all of the key actors returning. Steven Yeun will be voicing Mark Grayson again, as well as Sandra Oh reprising her role as Mark's mother, Debbie. Once again, J.K. Simmons will voice Mark's dad, Nolan (Omni-Man).

Other returning cast members include Gillian Jacobs, Seth Rogen, Walton Goggins, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jason Mantzoukas, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Zachary Quinto, Ross Marquand, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Ben Schwartz, Clancy Brown, Jay Pharoah, Mark Hamill and Melise.

Season 4 has a whole lot of new voices added, Lee Pace is coming aboard as Thragg, Matthew Rhys will voice Dinosaurus, and Danai Gurira will voice Universa. Their addition creates more opportunities for inspiration and excitement with every character that presents a unique challenge for Mark.

As the story continues in season 4, Mark will once again team up with familiar heroes such as Atom Eve and the Guardians of the Globe to tackle an all-new threat. This new threat will provide an even greater challenge and add to the dramatic tension of Invincible. Season 4 should provide many of the viewers who have been following along with the series a lot of significant characters and events to track throughout the entire season.

Amazon has confirmed season 5 of Invincible will happen, so viewers can expect many more developments and storylines after the end of season four.
