It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18, Episode 10, titled "The Guys Have a Sleepover," is all about pranks. However, the guys don't invite Dee to their sleepover and end up pranking her instead.
On the other hand, Dee calls Artemis, and the Waitress ends up in her house, and the three together use a Ouija board. While watching the episode, I also liked the deep conversation between Charlie and Dennis about fear, which was one of the best parts of the episode.
Towards the end, Dee and Artemis summon Bloody Mary, and just then someone knocks on their door, which turns out to be Mac in blood after he gets beaten by a stranger. Dee doesn't realize it's him at first and ends up beating him again. The episode ends with Dennis and Charlie winning the sleepover after they stay up all night.

During the sleepover, Dennis suggests being reasonable, but Charlie talks about having fun and eventually ends up pranking Dee through calls. She figures out that all of them are having a sleepover and calls Artemis and requests her to come over. Turns out, even she was watching a crime series at that time.

But Dennis doesn't agree with the idea, thinking it might give them nightmares. In the end, Frank decides to sneak into Dee's house to get her VCR.
On the other side, Artemis comes over to Dee's house with a Ouija board and starts calling spirits, and just then someone knocks on the door.
Being all scared, they open the door, only to see Waitress standing there with pizza boxes in her hand. After seeing the Ouija board, she decides to stay back for some time and spend time with the ladies.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18 finale recap: The gang takes pranks too far
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18 Episode 10 shows that the guys have other plans, too, including throwing eggs at strangers. However, things go wrong when one person loses his balance while driving, hits another car, and gets injured. He then goes after the guys. While Dennis and Charlie manage to escape, Mac gets caught and beaten up.
Later, Charlie asks Dennis to jump over from the roof and land in the dumpster as a dare or choose the truth. Dennis chooses the truth and admits that he is afraid of sleepovers because he doesn't like doing weird things, but he still does it so that people don't make fun of him.
Charlie tells Dennis that everyone gets scared, and the two have a deep conversation about their fears. He then reminds Dennis that he is with his buddies and doesn't have to be afraid. The two eventually jump off the building and land in the dumpster and even howl at the moon.
Meanwhile, Dee and her gang try to summon Bloody Mary when someone starts knocking repeatedly at the door. It's Mac, covered in blood after getting beaten up, but Dee fails to recognize him and ends up beating him again.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 18 Episode 10 ends with the full gang having a sleepover, and Dennis and Charlie eventually winning it by staying up until the morning.
