Meet the cast of the most elite performing arts school' Victorious spin-off Hollywood Arts 

For those who grew up watching Victorious, Hollywood Arts will be the perfect opportunity to dive into a similar nostalgia with a fresh storyline. This new series brings forth familiar faces along with new cast members, bringing life to the story of Trina Vega.

Trina, Tori’s sister, has now come across a complicated turn in her life. While she struggles to make a name for herself as an actress, she returns to her “former high school, Hollywood Arts,” but this time as a substitute teacher.

Daniella Monet returns to Hollywood Arts to reprise her role as Trina Vega. Daniella Monet has done a remarkable job in bringing life to Trina Vega’s character in Victorious. As she returns as Trina Vega in the series, it can be expected that she will bring her distinct versatility to this series as well.

As the storyline of this series will depict Trina navigating through challenges while being the substitute teacher for her students, there are also many new faces joining in. To bring life to the characters, the new students Alyssa Miles, Peyton Jackson, Martin Kamm, Emmy Liu-Wang, and Erika Swayze have joined the roster.

Besides the regular cast members of Hollywood Arts, the series will also have several guest stars to bridge the gap between Victorious and this new series. Yvette Nicole Brown, Matt Bennett, and Eric Lange will be arriving as guest stars for this series. In a statement released by Daniella Monet, the actor revealed how “lucky and grateful” she feels for getting the opportunity to return as Trina in the series alongside a “dynamic” and “powerful cast”. She also spoke about how significant Victorious has been for her, noting that it was “life-changing”. Jonathan Judge takes the helm of directing the pilot episode of this upcoming series.

Some of Jonathan Judge’s other notable projects include Vampirina: Teenage Vampire, The Really Loud House, Puppy Place, All That, etc. The storyline of the pilot has been written by Samantha Martin and Jake Farrow, according to reports. In Victorious, though Trina was not the primary character in the storyline, every time she appeared on the screen, she left an impact.

Hence, it will be intriguing to see how Trina navigates through these new challenges as a substitute teacher, where she clashes with and also gets inspired by the new generation of “ambitious and talented students” of the school. The trailer for the new series is already out. It gives some snippets of the chaos that Trina will come across. There is a blend of humor and drama, which enhances the overall appeal of the storyline.
