MobLand Season 2's second episode picks up right where last week's episode left off, i.e. Seraphina Harrigan and Colin Tattersall join Kat McAllister's side to bring the Harrigan family to its knees. Seraphina had betrayed her family because she wanted to take over Conrad's throne. This betrayal has only added to the troubles of the Harrigan family if the recap published by Men's Journal is to be belived.Thus, "Song 2", the second episode of MobLand Season 2 is set in the aftermath of that shocking betrayal. Meanwhile, Harry is still reeling from Jan handing him divorce papers in last week's episode. Harry is a bit uncomfortable about Gina's relationship with Eddie, who is Bella and Conrad's son. Eddie has been built up since the first season as a troublemaker who creates a lot of messes for the Harrigans.Meanwhile, Kat's henchman Donnie, purposefully rams into Jan's car. He claims that it was an accident and offers to pay for the damages. He gives her his number and leaves. After that, Jan gets a call from Harry, but she ignores it because she is not in the mood to speak with him. But she finally answers one of the calls and agrees to meet him in the park.At the park, Harry brings up Eddie's bad influence on Gina's life, while Jan points out that their daughter is following in Harry's footsteps. Jan gives only one piece of advice for Harry: if he really loved their daughter, he should leave her alone. However, Jan herself is falling into Donnie's honeytrap, and this MobLand Season 2 episode is building towards that.Some time after meeting Harry, Jan gets a call from Donnie, who agrees to pay her 6k pounds for damaging the car. He offers to pay for damages in cash as he is unable to transfer money through other routes. However, Donnie pays her 7k and tries setting up a date with Jan. Jan doesn't agree to it for now, but we don't know how long she will reject Donnie in the rest of MobLand Season 2.Donnie is acting under Kat's orders; she wants to get back at Harry for rejecting her. Meanwhile, Harry has an uncomfortable conversation with Bella, who is hitting on him. Harry leaves her and Kevin's home, and as that happens Frankie puts his plan in action. There are two groups led by Donnie and Frankie to set a trap for the Harrigans.There are two more groups that attack Eddie's place and Zosia's home, where Harry is residing temporarily. These two groups may or may not be a part of Kat's group. Meanwhile, Donnie walks into the bar where Paul and Fergus are having drinks, and he shoots Fergus before Paul can react. Meanwhile, Frankie knocks at Bella's door and holds her at gunpoint.As that happens, Conrad and Maeve are waiting to meet Seraphina in a restaurant. However, Donnie had advised Seraphina to not meet them. Instead, Conrad gets a call at the front desk, in which Frankie merely says "bang" at Bella's presence.However, the DM Talkies recap is to be believed Bella is not dead; instead, he takes her as leverage and to show the Harrigans that they are not as untouchable as they believed themselves to be.MobLand Season 2 Episode 2 is currently streaming on Paramount+.
