According to Ready Steady Cut and DMT Talkies, the episode featured a high-stakes conversation between the Harrigans and Frankie, which concluded on an explosive note.

Here is the complete recap.

MobLand Season 2 Episode 3: Seraphina plays a risky move

Since Seraphina was a no-show in MobLand Season 2 Episode 2, Conrad demanded an answer. While Seraphina maintained that she had work for her jewelry business, Conrad ordered her to meet him at Cotswolds. Elsewhere, Frankie used Zosia to arrange a sit-down with the Harrigans at their yard, with Kevin and Conrad in attendance. Since Harry and Kevin both agreed Conrad was unfit to make negotiations, they decided to leave him out of the meeting with Frankie. With Bella's life on the line, Harry called Conrad and advised him to sit out, which he shockingly agreed to.

But Episode 3 took a turn when Seraphina overheard Conrad and Harry's phone conversation. Before her face-to-face with Conrad at Cotswolds, Donnie had informed her about Frankie's meeting with the Harrigans and advised her to attend. Conrad's absence was the perfect opportunity and Seraphina hit Harry up to earn an invite to the meeting. But Seraphina accidentally name-dropped Frankie, which took Harry by surprise. While he did not confront Seraphina about her connection to Frankie, this mistake could cost her in the upcoming episodes.

Frankie met Kevin and Harry at the Harrigan yard in MobLand Season 2 Episode 3

According to Ready Steady Cut, the highlight of MobLand Season 2 Episode 3 was Frankie's arrival on his electric scooter, with a helmet. While the Harrigans were prepared with a ton of weapons, Frankie was disarmed and confidently walked inside the Harrigans' den. After throwing a tantrum about Conrad's absence, Frankie sat down to lay out his plan in front of Seraphina, Kevin and Harry.

Frankie laid out a bold deal and advised the Harrigans to hand over their empire. He promised that while he would make the Harrigan empire profitable, Harry, Seraphina and Kevin would hold onto their current positions. But Frankie suggested Conrad and Maeve would be eliminated since they had become obsolete. Naturally, Frankie's offer made Kevin and Harry furious. Harry even went on to suggest that Frankie was working for Kat, which marked the end of the meeting.

Before leaving, Frankie asked his men to hand over Bella to Kevin, who was thankfully safe and sound at the end of MobLand Season 2 Episode 3.

In the final moments of MobLand Season 2 Episode 3, Kevin was reunited with Bella, while Harry confronted Seraphina about name-dropping Frankie in their phone conversation. While Seraphina tried to gaslight Harry into thinking he told her about Frankie, Harry knew she was lying.

As Dog went to close down the office for the night, he discovered Frankie's helmet under the table, which exploded when he picked it up. The ending suggested that there were no casualties from Frankie's bomb, except for Dog. But Frankie's dangerous move will not go unanswered and will likely lead to a bigger war with the Harrigans.
