MobLand Season 2 trailer is out, and it reveals how the Harrigans are going to face more than just external forces in a gang war that will take over their lives. Kat McAllister, the international crime boss and cartel operator, will continue to do her best to dismantle the Harrigans, and this time, one of Conrad's children will offer to help her.At the end of MobLand Season 1, it seemed like Conrad had lost all his power, but he escaped prision and is now back. In MobLand Season 2, as the Harrigans deal with rivals trying to take over their empire, they also have to deal with a family civil war.MobLand Season 2 will bring us a darker Conrad and his children's betrayalAs the MobLand Season 2 trailer reveals, Harry Da Souza (played by Tom Hardy) is quite worried for not only the Harrigans' business but also their family. He warns Maeve (played by Helen Mirren) and Conrad (played by Pierce Brosnan) that the the family is on a"death spiral"and that is soon evident as the trailer proceeds. As Harry also informs Conrad, the Harrigans have lost their control over the heroin and fentanyl markets as their rivals are taking over them. Moreover, Conrad's children are also eager to take over the business and remove Conrad from power, and Harry warns Conrad to get things in order because the war (both internal and external) is already here.We're going to see a much darker side of Conrad as he tries to maintain control of the business while dealing with his family. He's going to be more violent, which might lead to Colin Tattersall (played by Toby Jones) getting closer to taking him down. Kat McAllister and her men will also try to take advantage of every mistake any of the Harrigans make and will also join hands with Tattersall.In a shocking twist, the MobLand Season 2 trailer reveals that Seraphina Harrigan (played by Mandeep Dhillon) will meet Kat without Conrad's knowledge or approval, and all we see her telling Kat is that she thinks it's time for a change. Seraphina evidently wants to remove Conrad from power, but she's not the only one who wants that.In the MobLand Season 2 teaser trailer, we had seen Conrad pointing a gun at Kevin, and this time we see Kevin outright say that he wants his father dead. It is not a great time to be a fixer for a family that is getting torn apart from within, but Harry will do his best to keep things in order.While Harry has healed from the stab wound his wife, Jan (played by ), inflicted on him in Season 1 by accident, their marriage is yet to be repaired. Jan insists that Harry cannot spend all his life fixing problems for another family while neglecting his own, and it's evident that the couple will have a hard time navigating their issues in MobLand Season 2 as well.MobLand Season 2 will star newcomers Johnny Flynn and Ophelia Lovibond in regular roles.
