Ella Beatty as Lizzie Borden

Ella Beatty, the daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, is set to play Lizzie Borden in Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story. Beatty made her acting debut in Ryan Murphy's Feud: Capote vs The Swans. She also appeared in The Bell Jar, Act One, and Feud.
In this crime drama anthology series, Beatty will portray Lizzie, the repressed daughter of a wealthy Borden family in Fall River. At home, Lizzie was often humiliated and tortured. The series will thus explore the troubled relationship with her family and her bond with the Borden's live-in maid, Bridget 'Maggie' Sullivan. Lizzie became the primary suspect in the double murders of her stepmother and father in 1892. She was later tried and acquitted. Thus, it became one of the most popular and bizarre unsolved cases in American history.
Vicky Krieps as Bridget 'Maggie' Sullivan

Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread, Old and Colonia) will play Borden's rebellious live-in maid, Bridget 'Maggie' Sullivan (Maggie was Bridget's nickname). The series is set to explore the complex relationship between Maggie and Lizzie. When Lizzie and Maggie find themselves repressed in the house, they choose an alternative path of desire, power, and revenge.
Rebecca Hall as Abby Borden

Rebecca Hall, known for her roles in The Prestige, Christine, and The Town, is set to play Abby Borden in Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story. Abby is Lizzie's stepmother and is killed along with her husband, Andrew Borden, on August 4, 1892.
Charlie Hunnam as Andrew Jackson Borden

Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy, Pacific Rim, and Children of Men) will play Andrew Jackson Borden, Lizzie's father, in Netflix's crime drama anthology series. Andrew, along with his wife Abby, was axed on August 4, 1892. Lizzie became the primary suspect and was later tried and acquitted, leaving the case unsolved even after several decades.
