Episode 12 (the finale) of My Bias, My Boss begins with Ha-gi telling Da-reum that she can go to Paris for their collaboration with Han. This leaves Da-reum confused, as she was expecting Ha-gi to react differently.

However, he pretends to have no issues with her move and continues to encourage her. But deep down, he is worried that their relationship might be impacted if she leaves for France.

Ha-gi was so caught up in these thoughts that he didn't even notice his dumplings burning in the kitchen, giving Min-woo the perfect chance to tease him. Min-woo then tells Ha-gi to let Da-reum go, reminding him that she needs the opportunity to grow in her career and that some distance could actually make their relationship stronger.

Meanwhile, Da-reum’s best friends, Mi-mi and Seul-a, have a very different take on the situation. They warn her that long-distance relationships rarely work out and urge her to think twice before going to Paris, even though it is something she really wants to do.

The next day, even Han sends a request asking Da-reum as an exchange employee for the new project. Ha-gi continues to pretend, and everyone at the office can sense it.

Later in the evening, Ha-gi consumes alcohol, and Min-woo tries to help him. He tells Da-reum to pick Ha-gi up and take him home. Min-woo also told her that Ha-gi is worried about her new journey to Paris.
