View this post on Instagram Instagram PostIn the previous episode of My Royal Nemesis, we found out more about Dan-shim's life in the Joseon Era and how Moon-do and Se-gye are connected to it. The episode is filled with misunderstandings between Se-gye and Seo-ri, which only brings them closer. For instance, Dan-shim begins to think that Se-gye might be Seo-ri's fan, and that is why he is always there to help her out. This becomes clearer to her when he drops by the police station to help her against her former employer. As a return gift, she asks him to take care of the dog that she found the previous night. She later decides to write him a letter to thank him, but uses Joseon-era script with Chinese letters. Se-gye was still confused about his feelings toward Seo-ri, but ended up deciphering the letter she gave while also looking after her dog, even though he was allergic to dogs. However, Se-gye's translation results in more confusion; he thought Seo-ri had written 'My No.1 man' instead of 'No.1 Fan'.Later, in the episode, Dan-shim meets Seo-ri's Grandmother and clashes with the thugs who try to threaten her into closing the restaurant, as the location was now owned by Se-gye's family. While Se-gye also arrives to help her fight the men, Seo-ri's Grandmother realises that it was not Seo-ri but someone else in that body.Further in the episode, Mun-do finally meets Seo-ri and asks her to get closer to Se-gye. In exchange, he promises to make sure she and her grandmother get to live peacefully. In a flashback scene to the Joseon era, it is revealed that Mun-do, as the King, offered Dan-shim the same deal and killed her dog.At the end of the episode, Seo-ri is seen crying, realising that whether it's the present or the Joseon era, she is always used as bait. However, Se-gye ends up confessing that he has feelings for her that he was still trying to figure out.In tonight's episode, Se-gye will be seen trying to convince Seo-ri and going overboard with confessing to her. This might also help Mun-do as he plans to sabotage Se-gye's reputation. For more such updates, keep reading Soap Central. Also Read: My Royal Nemesis release schedule: When do new episodes of the upcoming K-drama drop?
