One Piece fans got a brand new poster for the much-awaited Season 2 of the show, which is scheduled to land on March 10, 2026. The poster comes with the signature tagline:

Pirates be aware, assassins ahead

Season 1 debuted on Netflix on August 31, 2026, and had eight episodes in total. Season 2 will also consist of eight episodes.

One Piece Season 2 dropped a new poster

For Season 2 of the fan-favorite manga adaptation by Eiichiro Oda, all the known Straw Hat cast will return. Familiar faces like Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, and Jacob Romero Gibson will be seen. Emily Rudd and Taz Skylar are also reprising their roles.

New cast members are also going to be a part of the second installment, including Tony Tony Chopper. He will appear using a CGI and performance-capture approach rather than live prosthetics.

Other key One Piece characters like Crocus, Dr. Kureha, and Smoker, along with those connected to Baroque Works, have been confirmed for returning appearances, marking the debut of some of the manga’s most important early Grand Line players.

Netflix renewed the show for a second season after observing the strong reception of Season 1. The author of the manga, Eiichiro Oda, himself remains closely involved as executive producer.

The returning saga focuses on the East Blue finale and takes the story into the broader and more dangerous world of the Grand Line. The scope of the new season has repeatedly been described by the creators as significantly bigger, both in scale and ambition.

The early Grand Line saga consists of arcs from Loguetown through Drum Island, including Reverse Mountain and Twin Capes, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island.

This expansive coverage of arcs takes the story toward the political and thematic foundations that define One Piece beyond East Blue. Viewers may expect to see larger power structures, returning antagonists, and more.

Due to Season 2’s scale and scope, viewers may see elevated danger while also experiencing an expansion of the emotional core of the Straw Hat crew. The crew is aptly shown in the new poster just released by Netflix.

From a visual standpoint, viewers are in for a treat. Season 2 will have rich visual effects and creature work, not to mention large-scale sets for the sea-faring saga. Locations like Reverse Mountain, Drum Island’s snowy landscapes, and Little Garden’s prehistoric environment require a more effects-driven approach than Season 1.

The creative team may have to adjust some aspects due to practical and logistical aims, but Oda’s involvement is intended to ensure that the show remains grounded in its roots and ethos.

The following 8 episodes are reported to be in the show:

  1. The Beginning of the End
  2. Good Whale Hunting
  3. Whisky Business
  4. Big Trouble in Little Garden
  5. Wax on, Wax Off
  6. Nami Deerest
  7. Reindeer Shames
  8. Deer and Loathing in Drum Kingdom
