Created by Kim Jung-sik and Namgung Do-young, the Korean drama falls in the rom-com genre and is suitable for viewers above the age of thirteen. The drama revolves around a dating application called Boyfriend on Demand, which offers the most suitable type of boyfriend depending on the requirements and likings.

The two don't get along in the beginning, but they eventually find interest in each other. The drama explores their journey and how Mi Rae's interests will change from using a dating app to finding a boyfriend in real life.

More on the story below.

What does the trailer of Boyfriend on Demand reveal?

The trailer of Boyfriend on Demand begins with Mi Rae talking about the dating application, Boyfriend on Demand, to a person who claims that it feels more realistic than a game.

Mi Rae also complains about her busy schedule, stating that she gets only three and a half hours of free time from work, which she has no intention of spending on anyone. In the office, she works alongside Park Gyeong Nam, who is a webtoon producer and someone she doesn't feel comfortable around.

Hoping to finally have a love life despite her packed schedule, she decides to subscribe to the dating app and soon finds herself meeting the kind of boyfriend she has always wished for. While she is enjoying her dating life, in reality, she has to deal with her colleague Gyeong Nam, who seems a little curious about her.

In one clip from the trailer, after she mentions that she has a date, Gyeong Nam asks her how it is going. Though she is finding the best kind of boyfriends in the dating app, by the end of the trailer, she wonders if she can find the perfect match for her in the real world.

The trailer is filled with romance, fun, and emotional scenes that show Mi Rae's inner thoughts.

The official synopsis reads:
