Barbie Ferreira is just as lost as the rest of us when it comes to Euphoria season 3 details. The actress, who played Kat for the first two seasons before her exit, recently opened up about being completely in the dark regarding what's happening on set now that she's gone.

Speaking to Ben Harlum on The Morning Mashup, Ferreira spoke about if she keeps tabs on her former castmates and she replied, honestly, that she basically knows nothing, and from what she said, even some of the stars of the show may not know them selves. When she questioned whether social media star Trisha Paytas is joining the cast for season 3, her friends didn't have answers either, which shows how low-key the show is being.

The actress stated,

"People always ask me questions about season 3. I'm like, 'I don't know.' I don't even think the girls know. I was like, 'Is Trisha Paytas in Euphoria?' And they're like, 'I don't know.' And I'm like, 'You're in it. How did you not know?'" So, I haven't seen anything until the trailers this week. They look amazing. I’m excited to see what the girls are gonna do."

The actress has previously addressed her season 2 exit, disputing rumors that she walked off set after a dispute with creator Sam Levinson. Even now, she has maintained that she's content with how things ended up.

After nearly four years of waiting, Euphoria is finally back. Season 3 premieres April 12 on HBO, and it's going to look completely different from what fans may remember. There's a five-year time jump, so everyone's aged out of high school and into adulthood, which means the show explores where all these characters ended up.

Zendaya's Rue is the biggest question mark as at the end of season 2, she seemed to be getting clean, but creator Sam Levinson revealed to Variety that season 3 picks up with her "south of the border in Mexico, in debt to Laurie, trying to come up with some very innovative ways to pay it off." Which means things got worse. Zendaya has said to Extra she hopes the season brings "a little bit of happiness and a little bit of joy" to Rue's journey, but that sounds pretty optimistic given where she's starting.

Everyone else has moved on with their lives in ways you'd expect and some you wouldn't. Cassie and Nate are married and living in the suburbs now, Jules is in art school, nervous about becoming a painter, Maddy is working at a Hollywood talent agency, Lexi is an assistant to a showrunner played by Sharon Stone; all in all, it's a wild shift from the chaos of high school.

Euphoria Season 3 will premiere on HBO on April 12.
