Fontana further revealed that he couldn't even tell his mother how much weight he had lost. The participant explained that staying disconnected from his family was the toughest challenge he struggled with the most.

Tre Fontana has opened up about the toughest mental and physical challenges he faced while spending five months inside a gym for a MrBeast challenge. Throughout the challenge, the pair completed several demanding tasks, like pulling a truck around the gym hundreds of times and climbing a rope connected to a helicopter to earn additional money. In the end, they surpassed their target of losing 150 pounds and shed a total of 160 pounds over 163 days. Fontana shared,

"For me, I think the one thing that I just struggled with was no communication with family. That was like the hardest thing being there, like day to day you wake up and you're thinking about your family."

The participant added,

"I'm really close to my mum, so not being able to talk to her or tell her how I'm doing or how much weight I've lost was really hard. I think that’s what I struggled the most with."

In MrBeast, Mosby and Fontana spent an unusually long time in the challenge and made their training months just as important as the final number on the scale.
